“Parking was easy and straight forward the only problem I had was when leaving the machine wouldn't accept my ticket and I had to reverse into a side bay so I could go into the office to have my ticket checked.”

“The only problem we has was there wasn't enough disabled spaces in the car park and we were split up as a party and couldn't help my parents, my father has MND and my mother is in ill health. The man was very abrupt when I enquired as the airline had said we would be able to all stay together. The excuse given was he didn't have enough room on the adapted bus but when my parents got on there was plenty of room. Assistance at both airports should be reviewed as the experience was less than adequate.”

“It was a bad morning to park the car as it was snowing therefore visibility was poor and could not find the parking space easily. However car was parked with difficulty due to poor visibility. Transfer bus facility was good.”

“Secure parking in easily found parking areas. Only downside is that access to the parking areas is not opposite the bus stops which means either lifting suitcases over the fence or walking along the road to the access points which I had to do in heavy rain - could do with looking at.”

“Used this service for years now, and will continue to do so. However, was disappointed this time (April 21st 2016).....as we waited nearly half hour for the shuttle bus. Despite phoning several times. It's the first time its happened,.... but not good at 6am on a cold morning. Apart from that, we love your service.”

“It's a shame the ticket never lets you out again and we have to contact the control room and go through all our booking details (second time we've had to do this). With numberplate recognition it should happen automatically and it's an annoying delay ... Otherwise the parking is fine.”
