“I tend to use this facility as it can be cheaper than a taxi both ways. Only issue is the discount codes never work. For a repeat customer this can be frustrating”

“Overall the car parking is very good and since my last trip I have booked again for my next trip. However there was one problem which which, in fairness, was partly my fault. On leaving the car park i forgot to have my exit ticket at hand, so did the car in the other lane, within minutes there were 5 or 6 cars behind both the cars at the gate. Obviously the number plate recognition camera was not working. Common sense prevailed, the guy in the office checked our booking and issued an exit ticket and we were on our way. will not forget it next time and will not rely on the camera.”

“Being virtually on site cuts the shuttle times down. Tip : I drop my wife and cases off in the short stay, grab a trolly and wheel the cases into the arrival area. Pay the £1 to get out, drive to the long stay to park. I then don't have to hump the cases on and off the bus.”

“5 minute walk to terminal building , ample space on arrival , easy ticket point and easy to exit , straight forward experience and will use the service again from newcastle”

“Have used car parking many times , quick and easy, buses regular and you get dropped off at departure doors. Book and pay in advance then you can drive straight out on return.”

“Happy with cost and frequncy of courtesy bus. On departure the route to exit was blocked. I and a number of others had to turn round and find alternative route. My pre booked ti ket did not work at exit. ( though soon sorted thru help button) Time for registration re ognition? I think the numbers on bus stops should be clearer so they can be seen from the bus”

“This parking is very quick and easy to book on line. No need to print off loads of paperwork just make note of reference number in case of any queries. Only problem we have ever come across is actually rembering exactly where car was parked as all the car parks are very full particularly with black cars!!! Buses run pretty regularly too and from car parks if you are parked a little way from airport. Although we have normally got pretty close so just walked. All in all an OK experience and would certainly recommend”

“The medium stay car park is worth the extra few pounds to save the bus ride or a long walk dragging of cases. A clear collection point for trolleys (with some available for arrivals to the car park) would be good.”
