“WE USED TO GET TAXIS TO AND FROM THE AIR PORT AS WE GO 3 TIMES A YEAR IT WAS STARTING TO GET EXPENSIVE, SO LAST YEAR WE STARTED TO TAKE OUR CAR . THIS WORKED OUT VERY WELL AND HAVE BOOKED FOR THIS YEAR ,NO PROBLEMS”

“The car park is conveniently located, and access to and from the airport, either by shuttle bus or on foot is easy. The only slight criticism is that the surface of the car park is very uneven and broken so that wheeling a luggage trolley or cases with wheels is difficult.”

“Quick and easy to book on line however on exiting the ticket didn't work so I had to park up and go into the little office. The gentleman who I dealt with was apologetic and sorted quickly but would have been much better if worked first time!”

“The short stay car park is very convent with no waiting for the shuttle bus The only problem that we have is that the number plate recognition system has never worked for us. We have to contact the office and provide a booking reference every time”

“After first booking in long stay we took the invitation to upgrade to short stay and found it much more convenient and less trouble of finding a car parking place , and waiting for the shuttle bus,lugging luggage in long term car park.”

“happy with the parking process, when i got home i discovered my front number plate was missing, since learned this is a scan used to get out of the car park without paying, i had pre paid a week.”

“My only comment is the less than adequate arrangement for the parking shuttle bus, with the phone link not working in the shelter outside the terminal. It says that the location is observed by CCTV - but this appeared not be working - not could it, given the distance between visible cameras and the shelter. Why not park the bus at the bus shelter, rather than outside the office?”
