“THe Long stay car park is ideally situated on the Airport site .Entering and leaving is a hassle free experience and the shuttle bus runs regularly to and from the airport.My only negative point of view is that we always have to park in a bay that is on the extremities of the site,having drove past numerous closed off sections a lot closer.They are in the process of building additional areas, but the original bays are closed off for some reason ?.”

“The bus runs regularly and the staff that drive the bus are always courteous. The service is an invaluable for me as I use it almost weekly and it provides me with safe parking.”

“Can parking was very good,but the four people who were in my party had a very bad experence with the airports vending machines.I total we put £6 into the machines,and got nothing,finding someone to complain to proved difficult. I left my name and address with airport staff,who said i would get a refund through the post,but so far nothing has arrived.”

“Car Parking at Newcastle Airport is convenient for me and I've used the car park on a number of occasions over the years. I'm not a frequent traveller and go abroad two or three times a year for holidays and/or short breaks (3 or 4 Nights) and up to now have never had any issues and always feel the car is safe while it is parked there. Cost comes into it for me, if we go away for a week or longer it will usually be cheaper to pay for a Taxi but for short breaks it usually works out cheaper to take the car. I find it easy to check prices and book parking on-line through Newcastle International Airport Web Site.”

“Everything worked well, good close access to the terminal building. Would have been useful to know I needed to go through a ticketed barrier and collect a ticket. Will use again for future trips.”

“Using the official Newcastle Airport Car Park is a great, convenient way to start your holiday. The price is very competitive and booking easy online - but make sure you check which way is cheapest, as different discount codes can apply - some better than others. It only takes a few minutes to check for these codes online but the savings are worth it! Only one reservation - why are so many of the car parks coned off in the off-season? This time, it worked in our favour, as we were directed to the closest one available but on other occasions, we have had to walk a couple of hundred yards extra, passing empty car parks on the way! Still, this is a good facility and, for those who use it (I generally don't) the shuttle bus is regular and comfortable.”

“Positives. Most convenient. Brilliant to be immediately picked up on arrival back to the UK. Negatives Having parked up, we waited sometime in the shelter before another passenger informed us we had to phone to tell the bus we were waiting. The interior of the bus was not too clean... litter etc.”
