“Plenty of parking spaces also we did not have to wait long for the courtesy bus.”

“Very disappointed I had to pay another £3,20 to go and pick up my elderly mother in law at the terminal building after having paid for a weeks parking and also being told on the barrier intercom I could enter for up to 30 minuets with no charge, only to be charged after less than 5 minuets.”

“very expensive compared to other airports. Meet and greet is a good service. I use it regularly as it is worth paying the extra - particularly on returning after a trip.”

“Simple easy and quick. No problem at all. Even if the bus from the car park has just gone it's only a short easy walk to the terminal. We will use it again.”

“First time used the long term car back and as we arrived at 4.30 am it was dark and quiet and I did not realise parking was such a long way from terminal. Took a wrong turning and ended up at exit. Fortunately a courtesy coach arrived and the driver advised where I had to go. I recommend even better sign posts. Courtesy bus however excellent. Would use long stay parking again now I know where to drive to.”

“Ideal safe parking but there were empty car parks closer to the airport which were not being utilised and would have saved a longer walk to the terminal. Otherwise Good!”

“The bus took a while to turn up on both arrival and departure. When I called from the stop to let the driver know we were waiting I got a very surly response from the person who answered. On my return, my flight was delayed so when I got to the barrier it would not open so I had to reverse back against the flow of traffic which was tricky. The lady who I talked to in the parking office about resolving the situation so I could leave was lovely and dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently which I appreciated a great deal. There was no issues with the space or the availability of spaces.”

“My flight was delayed by 13 hours. I rang to let them know at the time I Should have been arriving and mentioned that I didn't need the space any longer as I could now get a lift to the airport due to the time change. The lady gave me instructions on how to cancel and a number to phone , the money was back in my account by the time I got back from my travels. Thank you, that's a very honest policy and refreshing in this day and age.”

“We always use the short stay car park as this is more convenient when returning to Newcastle in the early hours and as a retired couple it is much better when having to deal with 2 large cases and hand baggage,”

“The only complaint that we had was that the bus took a while to get to us when we arrived. We know that there is no regular time-table and we have to live with it. Our driver lost his entry ticket but showed our booking form to the personel in the exit-cabin. We were told we were not the first and would not be the last to lose it. Other wise we had no problem at all and look forward to parking again on the 22nd of March.”
