“By any measure the parking monopoly at the airport leads to unjustifiably high and expensive tariffs. It is no wonder there are hectares and acres of unused parking spaces. Parking cost more than the fare to Dublin! I wonder what the boss of Ryanair would have to say about that?”

“The only problem we have ever had was this year. We have travelled at this time of the year a few times. But this year we were waiting for the transfer bus for about 30 minutes before noticing a help button in the shelter. I think a notice stating you have to ring for the bus would be more appropriate.”

“Airport parking is handy and safer than off site parking Booking is straightforward As a very frequent user of your car parks (Notice how frequently I use you), I feel I should have a "frequent user" discount,or a free upgrade to the short stay car park instead of paying £7.50 for the privilege as I do now.”

“No problems at all and plenty of parking spaces available, and only had to wait 2 minutes for the free shuttle bus to the airport, will definitely use it again.”

“My only frustration, and this is the second time its happened when arriving at the car park for an early morning flight is that of only one bus operating .We parked the car at the end of the buses cycle which resulted in the bus being full at the end of its run and it driving right past the stop meaning we had to wait for the bus to do a full cycle again .Surely at peak early morning times you can have two buses operating I understand all the cost controls on companies these days but at peak early morning times we should have two buses running”

“I prefer to walk to and from the airport, mainly for the exercise. If you walk pulling your case from all areas of the car park you will find that dropped crossings are required at some of the junctions to make the journey easier and to the benefit of disabled users.”

“I do wish all customers would use the racks provided for cases on the courtesy bus instead of blocking the aisle leaving others unable to access seats. I myself had a an altercation with with a customer who refused to move their cases to the rack provided leaving other passengers outside in the rain when there was a maximum of ten people on the bus. There's no substitute for manners and consideration.”

“I find it much more convenient and easier all round to take my car and park at the airport when going on trips. Once you register via the online portal all your details are there, just enter the date and payment info and you are ready. Turn up in the morning and go via barrier as normal. When you return simply get in your car, put the ticket into the barrier and you are son your way - how simple is that! On my last trip I left my ticket in my hotel room in America, gave the guy my booking reference via the intercom at the barrier and in nor time was I on my way. And it costs less than a taxi to and from the airport for me. Definitely will recommend and use the service again”

“Used short stay as Disabled passenger struggles with transfer coach. Cost's a bit more but saves a lot of hassle. 2 minute walk to terminal.”
