“All went well, plenty parking spaces, bus to terminal, until our return, couldn't get out, our ticket had somehow been wiped, however a very nice young man in the office sorted us out and on our way we went. Will definitely use this service again.....”

“It was the 1st time I had used Newcastle Airport Parking. In general the experience was good easy to get to & plenty of parking. Shuttle bus was quick and a good service. The only complaint I would have is that the buses are a very bad lay out. There was a lot of people getting on the bus on the way back to our cars, people struggling to get on with cases, bags & children in buggies. I think the buses would be much better with less seats are they are not really required for the short journey to your car. It was really difficult for people to lift their cases up onto the racks and then the cases on the bottom were sticking out and the prams could not get up the bus. I just felt it was all a bit stressful for people especially elderly trying to negotiate cases. I think in general people would happily stand with their case as long as there were poles to hold on to a bit like the buses they use to transport you to the planes. I felt it also held the bus up it would get around much quicker if everyone could get on and off a bit easier. There was a side door on the bus which was not used either. But apart from that wee complaint everything was good.”

“I use the service on average 2-3 times per month, and although very conveniently located and with friendly staff, for the second time in a month, I have arrived at the car park when returning home to find no attendant and the office closed with the lights off. There have sometimes been 3 or 4 of us stood around waiting and have had to call the number outside the office to ask for someone to come over, open up and give us our keys. Not really "meet and greet", is it..? It won't stop me using the service, but I think as we pay a premium for this there should be someone there when we return.”

“Entering the car park was simple and straightforward, there was no problem finding a parking space. Unfortunately there was no sign of the courtesy bus so we were forced to walk. Returning to the car after our holiday this was a problem as it was raining heavily.”

“Everything went smoothly,no problems with entry or exiting.Good value with discount code.The only criticism would be,off peak they close off areas of the car park for lack of demand,but l think at mid November you shouldn`t have to drive round and round looking for a space,personally l think they close off too much of the area.”

“parking was simple and easy.bus to and from car park to terminal no problem apart from the bus itself,it was very difficult trying to get 2 full cases stowed away on the bus because of lack of space.we had to lift our cases up into a rack which was hard to do.it would have been better just to take the racks out and then you could stand your cases upright on both sides.having said that i would still use the long stay car park again.thankyou”

“As someone using your parking most weeks I understand you need to close some car parks off peak but lately there are more closed than open and even open ones have full signs on and barriers when they are not full. It is very frustrating to be able to see lots of empty spaces but not be able to get to them.”

“Two suggestions: When a flight is due in especially late evening, why can't the coach for the car park be ready in waiting at the terminal bus stop to collect passengers, instead of having to ring then wait!! Why can't the bus shelter number be displayed in big lit up figures. Again in the dark it is extremely difficult to distinguish the number, of course an added bonus would be if the driver could shout out the number on arrival at the stop. When its dark outside and the bus windows are steamed up, there is no way of telling which stop it is.”
