“On entering the carpark we found a space no problem few minutes walk from the air port when we returned from holiday it was raining very heavy and we had to wait quite a while for the bus as there was only one running and there was more than one flight come in apart from that no other problem”

“Thanks the parking was ok but would have been better if the bays were numbered as it took a while to locate the car along with other people who couldn't locate their cars either”

“Easily accessible very close to Depatures/Arrivals so no need to wait for bus. Literally 50yards to airport entrance. Reasonable price as well.”

“Long Stay parking is expensive unless you have a discount code but was offered an upgrade to the short stay car park for a bit extra (£7.50 for 6 days) so took them up on this much easier getting in and out the airport.”

“Good car park (medium term) and within walking distance from terminal However they could improve it further, bit of turmak, more lighting (especially in winter) and clear pedestrian pathways would be helpful”

“We much prefer knowing that when we arrive back from holiday the car is parked nearby so we are quickly on our way home. Its easy and quick to book, and reasonably priced.”

“Almost a perfect experience! Parking facilities are excellent and very close, extremely convenient for the departure lounge. BUT, when I returned to the UK and tried to exit the car park (on a soaking wet, cold Sunday night) my prepaid ticket was rejected at the barrier and I was advised electronically to go to the Pay Kiosk. I had to reverse (much to the disgruntlement of the drivers behind me), find the Pay Kiosk (getting drenched in the process) and pay an additional £78 for 3 days parking. I had already paid what was required in advance but just wanted to get home, so I paid up. The next day I checked to see if I had parked in the wrong place or perhaps had overstayed the time booked. I discovered that the phone operative who took my telephone booking had wrongly written down my registration number, mistaking an F for an S - easy mistake to make, I suppose. I emailed the company and the matter was sorted out promptly and I was given a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. So, in conclusion, excellent parking facility and good customer service to put mistakes right - but always ask someone to read back your registration number to you. If it is not recognised, you can't exit and have to pay extra! I will use the facility again, however!”

“Really good experience, it's the first time we have used it. Courtesy bus was good too. We landed at 7.30 pm and arrived at our home in Washington at 8.40pm. We will definitely use it again. ????????”

“Everything ok till exit. It took several minutes before operator answered phone when ticket alone would not raise barrier. Even then they were slow to eventually raise the barrier. This is annoying after a long day and a delayed flight!”

“Long stay parking was easy to book online, easy to access at the airport, the shuttle buses were quick and efficient and the drivers were polite. Leaving was simple as it only meant putting ticket into the machine and the barrier raised without having to queue at the pay machines. First rate service.”

“I booked to stay in the long stay car park from the 29th November until the 17th december,I then received an email offering me the chance to stay in the short stay park for only a few pounds extra,as the short stay is outside the main entrance I decided to take up the offer it was fantastic park the car walk 100yds into the airport and then on the return o waiting for a bus to take us to the long stay we just crossed the road and we were at the car,will Def use again if given the option thank you”

“The only drawback was a 20 minute wait for the bus to come for us (we couldn't get on the bus that was in because it was full). It wasn't too bad because we were lucky that the weather was warmer than normal, had it been cold and wet, we would have been really fed up.”

“Cannot understand how car park A and B are always closed. Using these would be easier for pensioners and disabled people, perhaps opening them could be considered.”

“Parked at the long stay car park. Picked a day with some pretty inclement weather to fly out with, high winds and driving rain. The return trip was even worse with winds and a blizzard. That said it was easy to park, the buses going to and from the terminal building were regular and the drivers helpful. Only complaint was the bus stand which offered very little Protection from the elements. Overall a good experience and I will be using the facility again.”
