“Arriving at 3.00 am found the signage inadequate as to which areas had spaces, spent 20 minutes looking for a space, the area we parked in Was clean and convenient for the bus which we found ran often”

“No problems at all with parking apart from journey back to car from terminal the pushchair wheel got stuck under the bus as the driver never parked properly and now we have a squashed wheel ???? then instead of putting the bus up she put in down, wasn't pleased at all.”

“The purchasing and admin side of the process was very good with clear and easy instructions and the whole system works well. Getting from the long stay car park to the terminal & back again needs improvement. The buses were not running for us. We rang from a bus stop and were ignored. After waiting we decided to walk in the rain as we were really cold and it was wind/rain. There aren't enough pedestrian pathways. We ended up waking up the middle of the roads. Glad it was quiet as we would have been run over. The lighting is not good enough either. This was the worst bit of the holiday unfortunately.”

“Really convenient parking at the airport and good value - originally booked for the long stay car parking but was offered an upgrade for the short stay - opted to get quote for short stay but despite choosing this option the website took immediate payment ! Anyway worth it for the extra £9 but it could have worked the other way!”

“if you lose the ticket you get on entry, when leaving just make sure you've got your transaction number from when you booked and tell it to the intercom at the barrier”

“Pick up by bus on arrival at and departure from the airport was very quick. We waited no longer than a minute each time. The ticket didn't work first time at the gate, but this was soon corrected by the attendant and we were on our way. Good value.”
