“We are both in our 70s and have used the service for a few years now . Booking online was easy as I’m not that good doing online stuff. We have to use the shuttle bus now which is great as mobility is not as it was . We find the whole process works very well for us.Exiting the airport is also straightforward. Happy with the ease of it and will continue to use this while we are still able to holiday abroad. Was concerned booking a while ago as the bus is not mentioned on the website so people may think it is no longer running and that the only way to get to the terminal is walk . Maybe the bus could be highlighted as some people may need too kniw the bus is still running”

“My only recommendation would be to invest in a digital timing solution for the courtesy bus to provide minute by minute live updates at each bus shelter in the car parks so that you can make a decision as to weather to ‘walk or wait’. Otherwise the facilities are great and I love flying out of our regional airport.”

“5 minutes walk to the terminal courtesy bus is provided, reasonable price for the length of stay used this service a few times and never had any issues”
