“eveything worked like clockwork find the park found a space 5 mins from airport quick walk same coming home in middle of the night you could find the car without a problem put ticket in machine and out on route home very easy to use from start to finish”

“Great airport. Meet & greet parking simple and efficient, just what you need after a long flight. Food and bar areas get crowded at busy times and some more general seating is required. Always friendly staff.”

“Arrival very easy, plenty of spaces. Airport facilities are expensive, but very good. Journey through security was smooth an efficient. Slight criticism of the flight announcements being very difficult to hear. On exiting car park, sensor didn't recognise car reg, so had to insert card. We had to change our vehicle reg number about a week prior to trip, which was easy, but a confirmation email would have been gratefully received.”

“Great service always use this however if you have a late flight you must book an extra day if arrive back after midnight I hadn’t realised having gone on a weeks holiday.”

“Newcastle meet and greet is excellent, park your car in the line, get your bags, drop your keys and its a 30 second walk to the terminal. The staff are always very friendly and happy to help regardless of the time day or night. I really don't like using any other service.”
