“We parked in short stay 2, we would normally park short stay 1 however, the prices this year have gone up a lot!! We were lucky to find a space close to the exit, as even at 4am the parking was very busy. 2 minute walk to terminal which makes it a lot easier and on return very convenient and easy.”

“Easy booking process, reasonable cost and parking very near to the terminal . We couldn’t find our exit ticket but it was quickly resolved at the exit gate by a very helpful member of staff via the help button . Great service , will use again.”

“I love Newcastle Airport. Easy to get to, car parks are within walking distance, staff are friendly, getting through security is never an issue, passport control is always well managed on the way back. The only small niggle is having enough seating after security that isn't just in bars and cafes. We don't all want to swig beer or get fat eating food we don't need!”

“Service from reception is brilliant but as for it being advertised as a meet and greet is just false. We were not meeted or greeted when we dropped the car off and we had to resort to looking around the car park for our car when collecting”

“A straightforward and slightly cheaper parking option. Took us 5 minutes to walk from there into the air port - thankfully the weather was good. Although I understand there is a shuttle to and from the car park I didn't see it.”
