“Plenty of spaces, closer to airport so a shorter walk. We managed to get a luggage trolley that had been left which made it easier to move cases. Good price.”

“Very easy to use. We have had no problems using this parking facility. Just a short walk from the terminal (7 mins). Bus available if required. Number plate recognition works really well.”

“The car parks are fine but extremely and ridiculously expensive. The price needs to be reduced. Newcastle is one of the most expensive airports. Unjustifiable.”

“I am, as always more than happy with all of the airport’s facilities and helpful friendly staff the only problem that I have is the cost of parking even in the long stay car parks which can take you 15 minutes or more to reach the terminal building have on numerous occasions cost me more than the flight I was catching. £80/£90 odd pounds to park your car for a week is extortionate. Other than that great! Thank you.”

“Easy to book online for a great price. We use the short stay car park just outside the terminal, this is great when arriving back late as it's straight back on the road home.”

“Intercoms not working, you had to phone a number. Many elderly would be unable to do this.Also bus shelters had not been cleaned for some time, dirty and mucky .”

“Quick and speedy service through security! Would have been nice to have been taken to the front having a crutch and walking difficulties. Slow boarding at the gate called far too quickly . However the parking service was excellent and the airport in general was very good.”
