“I have used this park many times, in the past the rating has always been 5. On this occasion we were given the wrong bay for finding our car. It wasn't far from the bay number we were given, so not much of a problem, nevertheless 5 means perfect and this time it wasn't.”

“Excellent Car Park Service. On my latest visit in February, the exit ticket did not work, probably due to my changing car, however the staff on the intercom were first class and quickly resolved the issue. Being late at night I really appreciated the quick help, which allowed us to go on our way. Apart from the rather high cost, I have nothing but praise for this service and I have already booked Short Stay 1 for my next visit in July, 2025. Thank you to the excellent member of staff who assisted me on my last visit. He should be commended.”

“Drove in and found a space straight away. The bus came to drive us to the airport within 5 mins and the bus stop was so easy to walk to at the end of the parking row. The driver was very pleasant and the same on our return. I’m going to book again for our next holiday as it makes life so much easier taking the car to the airport.”

“I use Newcadtle Airport parking about 4 times a year and get a great service. But a discount for frequent users would be a good idea, as years ago you got a good discount code fir this.”
