“Booking via their internet site ahead of travel is easy and risk free as cancellations and refunds when necessary are made, plus there is often an offer of 10% off available. Whenever I needed assistance either by telephone or by staff at the airport they have been helpful. The courtesy bus between terminal and car park is frequent and can be summoned by the telephone at each bus shelter.”

“Ideally situated with excellent friendly staff. It is a little expensive, but worth it. I have used this service many times and have always been very happy. However on my last stay I noticed my dashcam had been switched off. Why was this, was someone trying to hide something. I would appreciate a response from Newcastle Meet and Greet.”
