“We enjoy using Newcastle Airport for our trips to Europe. The staff are always friendly and helpful particularly the drivers on the shuttle bus and during security screening and during security screening in the terminal. Arranging parking is simple and spaces are usually easy to find. Also I prefer the security of booking parking with the airport operator. We were disappointed on our recent journey in March to find the seating area outside the Aspire lounge had been removed. This was a quiet area which we preferred to the hustle and bustle of the main departure area upstairs. We hope the closure is only temporary.”

“As a regualr user of the airport i usually use the meet and greet, but then i saw that one of the offers was the short stay car park for less price so decided to use this for this trip-although i had to drive around to find a space there were plenty and parked near to a footpath so an easy walk to the departures, and of course not far when we returned.”

“Prebooked into long stay 2, easy to find and plenty of spaces, although probably down to the time of year, march. Easy walk with cases to terminal and back and finally straight forward exit . Will use again”

“Parking works well apart from trying to charge me over £500 on exit - clerical error!! Airport clean and efficient Greggs a bonus a little expensive airside but aren’t they all. Duty free cheaper than on aircraft.”

“WE WERE UNFORTUNATELY CAUGHT UP WITH CANCELLED EMIRATES FLIGHT. WE ARRIVED SOME 12 HOURS LATE . THE ASSISTANT ON DUTY (15/03/26 APPROX 23.00) WAS EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATING WE WERE TIRED FROM TRAVELLING WE EXPLAINED WE COULD NOT FIND OUR TICKET, EXPECTING IT TO BE A PROBLEM. HE THEN GAVE US OUR TICKET EXPLAINING WE NEVER EVEN PICKED IT UP.. EXCELLENT SERVICE..”
