I had upgraded to park nearer the airport but on arriving was told I couldn't park there and there was no buses available at that time as I have 2 knee replacements and a bad back it was important to park close I had to struggle to get to the departure lounge

couldn't get a disabled parking spot, not enough available and feel you should be allowed to book them with proof of blue badge. struggled with 3 suitcases, wheelchair, disabled husband who couldn't help, 11 month old baby, her buggy with just myself (aged 71) and daughter to cope On the plus side your driver was brilliant, great sense of humour and a very cherry chap

It is always difficult to find a space but that's good news for you as you are busy. However, on return on a later flight there was only one bus operating and it was a long wait for your customers who have paid for this service.

The exit barrier never lets me out with a pre-paid ticket. This means I have to use the 'help' button every time. I am very frequent user of the short stay car park.

standards have slipped from previous. We have used the serviced twice this year - in Feb and May and both times have had to give up waiting for the bus as we were going to be too late for our flight - first time we set off walking and a mini bus full of staff happened to stop and pick ups up - despite us standing at the bus stop and ringing but no sign - this time we stood for 10/15 minutes having run as soon as we got to the bus stop - were told he was circulating - but by the time we had walked to the terminal we saw him just setting off - not sure whether its cost cutting or just poor service but there has been a definite decline - the service used to be fantastic just a few minutes wait and there was the bus - but it doesn't seem to happen now - disappointing especially given the first time we had a toddler and three suit cases to struggle with prior to a 26 hour long haul flight - could have done with a better less stressful start. This time it ended with the gate staff being rude to us for being late when it was because we had been left stood at a bus stop!

The car was safe and secure but we were unable to exit car park due to the machine saying we had overstayed. We had taken advantage of paying extra to park at short stay as we arrived home at 4am. So what should have been a speedy exit disappeared as my poor husband had to trek to the office to sort out. If this was the only time this had happened might have overlooked but it happened to us in March also. Both times paid and exit machine wouldn't let us out.

use Newcastle airport car-park all the time, never had a problem until arrived back on the 5th June no car at the meet and greet after phoning them to inform that we had landed, they misplaced the car, 20-30 mins before they found it, staff were very apologetic

I got sick of waiting for bus so walked and by time got to terminal still no bus so had to carry luggage for long distance

I was disappointed with the time it took for the bus on my return from holiday, we waited over 15 minutes to be picked up. Have always used this service and never waited so long.

We waited an hour for the bus to take us back to our car when we returned from holiday. The signposting for the car park spaces was confusing on arrival. Spaces no spaces .

Only one bus in operation resulting in too long a wait from the stops in the car park on departure and a 27 minute wait at the airport stop on arrival. The driver was apologetic and a gentleman on each occasion. Poor show chaps... what if it had been raining????

We arrived at the Long stay car park on Sat evening and parked in G near to bus stop 3. we trundled our cases to the bus stop,and stood ,no instructions as to what to do for the bus! after about 10 mins we decided to walk towards the next stop nearer the terminal,and still no sign of a bus. in the end we oointinued walking to the entrance of the car park where 2 buses were parked next to a hut. no one in the hut or in the buses! so we continued walking to the terminal. on our return we didnt even bother looking for the bus and walked.

Team on the morning I arrived for a 7.10am flight arriving into the car park at 5am there was just one bus operating and it was frustrating at bus stop 11 with the bus driving by always full and no room in the end we had to walk with cases to the terminal at peak times you need to have at least two bus operating we found the experience of your car park very frustrating at the start of our holiday

Booked well in advance and paid extra to park in the short stay car park for 1 week. On returning and inserting the ticket to the exit barrier, it would not let us exit and had a message that the exit date had expired, which was not the case. Tried pressing the button on the machine for help, no response, tried several times, still no response. By this time frustrated drivers behind us had to reverse and go round us to another barrier. In the end we had to reverse up the exit road and re park and walk over to the customer service office at the long stay car park to have them verify our ticket so that we could exit. When I asked the attendant why no one had responded to our help call she just said that they had someone else being difficult at another machine! However there were 2 attendees in the office at the time. She also had no explanation as to why our ticket had not let us exit the car park as expected. So very poor customer service experience and we may as well have paid less and parked in the Long Stay as we had to walk over there and back anyway to sort the problem out.

The system doesn't work Each time I've used it the barrier won't open on exit so I have to reverse up go inside explain etc

Yet again, the barrier fails! I always use prepay for the long stay car park. This method should make exit easier. The system has always been erratic but lately has been hopeless, causing great inconvenience not only to me but to the people behind me but to the staff on duty. This is not a criticism of the staff (who are always helpful) but a criticism of the poor reliability of the equipment

I have used the parking a number of times now, however this time I paid for a week and returned after 5 nights in New York. Upon return I had to go to the office as my ticket was not valid, they then charged me another £8. How can this happen when I paid for a week as advertised. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE poor poor service, next time I will pay the extra for a taxi

Heavy rain and had to wait ages for an overcrowded bus with an empty one parked at the exit. not pleased at all

Found great difficulty again trying to find a parking space. Car parks are available, but closed. Unlikely to use Newcastle Airport again.
