“My only complaint is the high cost of parking. There can be no justification for the huge increases. Parking spaces should not be impacted by inflation at the same level as other services. I paid £125 to park for 2 weeks last month. I go on holiday again soon and you quoted £124 for 1 week. The only justification is simply greed. I eventually arranged parking with Holiday Extras at a lower price that the airport. This makes no sense.”

“It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't become so expensive. It used to be quite competitive (i.e. parking versus taxis) but now taxis there & back would be cheaper.”

“A totally hassle free parking experience whilst using the Newcastle Premium Meet & Great. Staff were welcoming and the process was quick and easy during both drop off and pick up on return. Access to the terminal building is only 2 minutes away.”

“We have used your airport parking many times but recently since covid there is hardly any bus transfers which can be a long cold walk at times and your prices have shot up so much. You now have a monopoly now as the other local car parks which existed before covid have all closed down. I think that it is very greedy to have put the prices up so much and I am very disappointed in prices going up as well as the almost non existent bus transfers.”
