“I have used the Newcastle Airport Meet & Greet service since its inception and found the service excellent. My only disappointment is with the charges which, like all airport parking charges, have increased considerably.”

“Generally the parking experience is good but for a couple of grievances. Your number plate recognition failed and I had to call assistance. It does not appear to see a O rather than 0. My number plate ends 70OTV, however the font on the plate looks like 700TV. It would be more efficient if there was more info regarding full car parks and directions to empty spaces especially during busy periods.”
