“easy access, easy to find space and close to airport. due to flight delay and missed connection we were 7 hours late on leaving car park designated time they sorted this in the office at no extra cost thanks again”

“On arrival in December when there was a fair amount of disruption due to maintenance of the park one of your drivers ( a Glaswegian) helped me out of a tricky situation and I really appreciate his assistance. If all of your staff are as helpful as him and I think the young lady that met us on New Years day was also very helpful, made a difficult return from Geneva via Glasgow quite painless, thank you. Peter Murray”

“We stayed at the Airport hotel the night before our flight as this made the morning departure easy and hassle free. Check-in was fine. Boarding was on time. On our return luggage was claimed without any delay. Arrivals arrangements could be improved with installation of escalators rather than 2 sets of stairs to descend and then ascend - especially awkward for people with poor mobility.”

“Excellent. Upgraded to short stay car park. Parked outside the terminal. Flight was cancelled then delayed on the way back. No issues getting out of car park. Would use again and recommend to others.”

“The parking was very convenient however one suggestion I feel would help if on the return trip to your car the coach driver was to inform you which stop was coming up. When it is dark and the coach is full you can't see the numbers. Thank you we will use the parking again.”

“The parking facilities were easy to follow although a little difficult to find an empty space in the long term area, the airport itself is fine, maybe a little more seating would help especially with backrests,otherwise everything is fine.”

“Unfortunately a very good experience of the airport (cheerful security) and flights (on time, friendly ground staff and crew) throughout the journey was spoilt by very poor bagging handling on our return. Worse was yet to come when we picked our car up from the Meet and Greet car parking. The booked car valet had not been done and we still have not received a response or refund from them.”
