“Used Premium meeting and greet. Car left in immaculate condition on return home went to collect car was covered on the passenger side with hairline scratches and enormous amount of bird droppings. Reported to the staff who were disinterested and 2 rude. Response was that it was nothing to do with them. Totally dismissive. So disappointed as paid for Premium parking would not use in the future. Poor service”

“We used the Premium Meet & Greet parking for a short break. Using a discount code it worked out just as cheap as return taxis! Car was checked in using the 'self serve' machine (and a very helpful member of staff)! Car was waiting for us in a numbered bay when we returned. A very speedy process and terminal was literally a 2 mins walk - would definitely use again if the price was right”
