“Very easy to find & parking no problems however coming back in early morning got a little lost!”

“Easy booking process with straight forward access to the car park. Good availabilty of parking place all within easy reach of bus shelters for transfer to the terminal. I would have given 5 starts but there has a long wait for the bus on my return (14.00 on 25th May) so four stars this time.”

“It's easy to prepay in advance, I like receiving emails of discounts from time to time. Simple process of entering the long stay car park, the ANPR works well, push the button at the barrier to obtain ticket for entry and same ticket to exit after your holiday, great. The only problem we have is actually finding a space when it is busy! Can be frustrating driving round and round searching for a space to park. Is it possible to give an allocated space for each car? We love using Newcastle airport, it's great :)”

“Always a good airport to fly from. Friendly, usually quick through security, although only 5 e passport gates. The main negative is the very expensive car parking.”

“Great video to show how to get into car park space in real time. As a woman on her own at 3.30 am I felt safe. No hassle registration recognition barrier. Found a disabled bay although several good normal spaces were available. Within a very short walking distance to terminal. Easy exit very impressed would use them again. More expensive than a taxi but less hassle so early in the morning in the dark excellent choice.”
