“Booking the car in at Newcastle Airport Parking is straightforward and the information provided clear although the price has risen dramatically over the years. Discounts for frequent users would be helpful. Parking on site is easy and most areas are a short walk to the terminal. Upon return you can get swiftly on your way home.”

“Car parking excellent, check in very hit and miss depends who is on the desk as to what happens to our bags - classed as oversized or not, security organised staff pleasant, departure lounge is horrific, nowhere to sit, far too small for the number of people who are in there.”

“Meet and Greet is great. On arrival met by pleasant staff who helped us unload and check the car in. On return staff again very pleasant and pointed us in the right direction to get our car. Facilities very clean and near to the terminal,”

“It's s no hassle system for airport parking. You just park your car get a short bus ride to the main doors and you're there. Couldn't be easier. Well worth the money because if you price taxis they are always more for a return journey plus the hassle that goes with that and if you ask someone again more hassle on getting back home.”

“We live in Alnwick and use NCL as much as we can for trips abroad for work or leisure. It's a great airport, always through security in good time and staff deal with efficiently and politely. Slight issue with parking in Short Stay 2 last time though; got to the barrier to leave and was not recognising we'd prepaid and demanded £115 to let us out. Fortunately it was mid-afternoon so could speak to someone in parking office who sorted it but would be a pain for it happening late at night or early morning (unless it's 24h manned!). That aside, it's a great airport and we'll continue to use where and when we can!”

“Found everything from start to finish with the booking into the car park was safe lots of spaces and only 2-3 minutes walk into the airport excellent have booked again for 2026 definitely recommend”
