“We have been using your Premium Fast Track parking several times a year for many years now, although it is a bit expensive (and goes up every year) it is a excellent place to park safely at Newcastle Airport. A frequent user discount may be a good incentive to use it.”

“Security and passport check was very busy, massive queues and once through it was very stressful, massive queues everywhere for food, very little seating, seem to be an area not big enough for all the passengers waiting to board their planes, in comparison to other international airports this area needs to be bigger, it was claustrophobic.”

“Great parking with the premium meet and greet, my only criticism is lack of trolley bays to put the trolley back into, when you come home and the weather isn't always the best it's a right pain having to trek back up to the office area to offload the trolley, it's not ideal”

“It was very easy to check in the car, we were assisted at the self check in and it could not have been easier. We then did the short walk to the terminal On return the car was ready for us and we collected the keys told whereabouts the car was parked and after loading the cases into the car boot we were driving back to home in minutes.”

“Absolutely exemplary, the process of booking,bringing our car,dropping it off, plus I managed to leave a caravan tool in my hand baggage, security allowed me to take it back, my car had already been parked. As promised on out return it was in the bottle storage area beside my gearstick. Pick up at 3.30am magically fast getting us home as soon as possible thank you 😊”

“The physical direction signs to Premier Fast Track parking are unclear. I found myself in long stay and needed the operators help. At the end of the stay the exit machine failed to recognise my ticket and again I needed assistance But, the car park is conveniently located with wider than normal parking bays.”
