“Very good value for money - don't go through other third-party websites - they are all for the most part con jobs - book directly. Ring up and ask them for the latest discount codes - you can usually get 10% of the price. Great staff brilliant service”

“Very good The only thing I found concerning was the difference in the booking on holiday extras the process is difference on the same site off discount booking so I ended up paying full price again it's very off putting for someone not good with online booking”

“Used Long Stay at Newcastle regularly travelling from north of the county. • Online booking system is good • It’s easy access from north routes • Ticket system effective & buses to terminal ok • Suitable distance to walk to terminal • Would like to see more discounts for regular users • Security & signage of where to park as well as on site safe services very good. Overall very good facility”

“My first choice of an Airport in the UK. I think perhaps because of its size it is so well managed. I find the process from check in to boarding flight seamless. Variety of shops and restaurants. I use the private lounge with my Dragon Pass. Excellent facility.”

“Parked in long stay for 2 weeks . We were picked up in the car park by very friendly driver (Frank) . The bus was very busy however he took time at the terminal to help us and others with our luggage. We had checked in on line with Jet2 and everything was very straight forward. Although the airport was very busy passport and security checks were problem free. On our return from holiday everything went smoothly through the airport and another friendly and helpful driver returned us to the car park. All in all a pleasant experience.”

“Safe car park. Easy to access and find a parking space. Our only issue is that we pre-booked and paid online prior to arriving at the car park. On leaving the car park, we inserted the ticket and it requested payment. After pressing the buzzer to speak to someone he also said that our number plate was not registered in the system. Luckily we had our booking reference to hand, which when he checked showed we had already paid. This has also happened to a couple of friends of ours so seems a common occurrence.”

“We decided to try long stay this time but will Not do so again ! We struggled to find a parking space, the bus took ages to arrive and on the return journey we actually walked back to the car as no bus arrived! Then the barrier did not recognise the number plate so we had to ring for assistance Meet and Greet much better and worth the extra money”

“Security area was a shambles in September long queues for early morning flights backed up to the lift areas. Took over an hour to get through. Need to get that sorted. Parking was ok but still pricey even with 10% off on the latest offer.”
