“once you know how to get to the meet and greet and do not get involved in getting inrto the airport parking it is a first class serviice.”

“I couldn't exit the airport until I pressed the help button, it turned out that because I'd changed my car/registration it hadn't been updated on the system even though it was changed months earlier and I'd received emails saying that it had changed, it's the only airport I've ever had a problem with . We had to park quite a distance from the terminal and went to the bus stop to call a bus only to find that the phone wire had been cut!”

“I have used the Premium Meet and Greet at Newcastle Airport when travelling on holiday many times. The service and facilities are excellent and the staff are professional and helpful.”

“There were no trolleys anywhere to be had and the bus service was not available at 4.30am so it was a long walk with a case and a cycle box. It's also getting far too expensive to park your car.”

“The directions to the airport were simple enough to follow, it was easy enough to find a parking place. The distance to the terminal was as described Had an issue trying to leave the car park as my ticket came up with an error. This was quickly refilled with a quick call.”
