For a meet & greet service, I found nothing different to any other standard secured parking service. There was no 'meet' from anyone and certainly no 'greet ' as I had to go to the office to get my car, not as elsewhere when I had my car ready on getting through arrivals. I was very disappointed the second time I have used this service given the costs for it and given that the circumstances of my trip away were rather for a family tragedy. I would think twice about using the service again. There is also the need for a better reception if customers- mine was cold and matter of fact.

car was easy to find ,free shuttle was quick, but would not accept my ticket when trying to exit ,asked me to pay £85 to let me out, had to go to office with the paper-work, luckily I had taken it all with me. not good at 3 a.m, with traffic backing up behind me.

Waited nearly 15 mins for bus, when I contacted the office by their phone, I got a very abrupt reply (twice). Drivers of buses were very polite and helpful, On return, went to barrier to get out and machine said I owed £101.00 (I had booked and paid in advance!!) Went into office and no apology or explanation from the staff member. All in all not the best experience I have had from NCP

When I left my car at meet and greet there was no damage check carried out on my car, when I returned and picked car up I noticed a very small dent in the back panel I suspect caused by another car door, I reported this but recieved a letter stating that it did not happen while the car was in their care?

Sadly we paid for meet and greet which we done last year and couldn't fault it. This year no body answering phone !they say ring 30mins before arrival.we got there to a que of cars abandoned !certainly no meet or greet !went looking for staff!then had to get all luggage out car and squeeze past other cars to get a case trolley !on return Neva left the little hut !gave us a ticket which didn't work !presses help button !no ansa had to get out car and go get another ticket! No meet or greet very disappointed

Very Poor longstay carpark, lighting terrible ,signs, road surface and traffic hold ups as only one barrier was working this at 5am., poor show its about time they also did something with the tatty corridors leading to departure lounges, dirty and covered with advertising for Sunderland, I mean what a welcome,

I have used the long stay parking many times, but this time I could not get out through the barrier with my prepaid ticket with the machine telling me I owed 85 pounds. I then had to go to customer services to get my ticket verified. After a long day I found this most annoying. What happened to the camera vehicle recognition? I know this problem was going on three weeks before because a friend had the same problem.

The camera did not recognize the car reg again and the bus does not run enough we walked back to the car and driving out before we saw the bus as we were sick of waiting

All long stay car parks full except one that we'd been told about by a passing driver. Had given ourselves plenty of time and then after looking for a space we both felt very hassled. Without bags of time we could have easily missed our flight.

I booked and paid for the short term car park months ago, however when trying to leave the car park the barrier would not open, I had to contact your supervisor who required lots of details before allowing me to leave. This has happened a few times in the past and is very frustrating.

Paid for parking in full online - when leaving car park with 2 young children early hours of morning we were unable to leave as apparently owed £94.00!! Not good service at all

Signs in car park said spaces there wasn't any Drove around for ages Buses to take you to the airport very slow Won't use agsin

Had to park in over flow car park, waited 20 minutes for bus which never came. so had to walk with heavy cases, not with the money .

The site promises a camera to read your numberplate on entry and then a smooth exit when you come to leave. In reality there are no cameras to record your plate and you have to get out of your car, much to the annoyance of those behind, to go into the office to have your ticket validated. On asking why it wasn't valid already I was told that you only have a certain amount of time between paying in the terminal and exiting the park. I said I was a pre-payer. "oh it should have worked". I've used this park a few times and every time I've had to hold up traffic to go in and get the ticket validated. I'm beginning to wonder if I only pay for one day's parking if they would notice when I left three weeks later!

The quality of the car park surface is appalling - loose tarmac & gravel making it virtually impossible to pull a suitcase on wheels as the wheels continually get stuck in the build up of gravel. Many elderly people were struggling with their luggage because of this. Considering the cost, you would expect better.

convenient location but on return unable to exit car park. Non of exit barriers working. Took 15 minutes for someone to answer the help button. No telephone number to phone. Very poor.

ENTERING THE CAR PARK WAS QUICK AND EASY BUT GETTING OUT WAS HORRENDES , I HAD TO GO INTO THE OFFICE THREE TIMES AS THE BARRIER WOULD NOT LET ME OUT , THE BARRIER NEXT TO ME WOULD NOT LET THE CUSTOMER OUT EITHER. BETWEEN THE TWO BARRIERS WE CREATED A MASSIVE STOPPAGE OF TRAFFIC. SOME SENIOR PERSON ARRIVED AND IT TOOK HIM NEXT TO NOTIME TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT.

Directed to the furthest compound even though there was abundant space in areas closer to the airport. I will not be conforming to these instructions in future without a valid explanation.
