Car was safe while I was away but my ticket didn't work when trying to leave. It took over 10 minutes to get the barrier raised

Used this company twice whilst on business travel and both times not been able to leave the car park! Both times had to sit in my car for a 10 minutes with cars back up behind me while it gets sorted. Won't bother using again

Very expensive for short stay, however does feel secure and only a short walk to the airport. However medium stay is poorly signed from the terminal, can be confusing for non familiar visitors. Key thing is though the machine never recognises my registration, leaving me stranded at the barrier (sometimes with traffic behind). This is an issue that's getting very tedious.

On return home the automatic recognition system failed (again) and I had to go into the office, causing a queue to build up. The replacement ticket given, unfortunately didn't work either.......back to the office, bigger queue, irate people telling me to move my car(?). 3rd time lucky! It worked. It didn't help that it was bucketing down at the time!

I have used this facility many times and always had a positive experience. Unfortunately on this occasion the weather when we landed in Newcastle was horrendous, absolutely pouring with rain and very low temperatures. There was no courtesy bus in sight, after waiting ten minutes at the designated stop so we decided to walk. Part of the car park had been closed off and we'd had to park much further away than usual. The walk took us about ten minutes and in that time, other than a courtesy stood outside the main office, not being used, we didn't see another courtesy bus in use at all. When we eventually get to the car, extremely wet, our ticket didn't work on the exit barrier, and we had to go into the office for them to sort it out. We did mention to the member of staff in the office that the courtesy bus was no where in sight, and he apologized and said they were very busy. We did manage to exit the car park shortly afterwards with the help of staff in the office. Sorry to write a negative review on this, as I use the service a lot, normally always with a positive outcome

I have used this facility on a couple of occasions and find it quite poor. Finding a parking space can take quite some time whilst there are acres of unused spaces much closer to the terminal buildings but are cordoned off for no apparent reason. An explanation would be helpful.

Annoyingly Newcastle Airport Parking close the section of long stay car park nearest the terminal for no apparent reason and make you either walk 10 mins from far side or wait 12+ mins for a bus-even if you call from the atop and they tell you it's on it's way when it is obviously not. Not a great service but what choice do you really have?

when i was trying to leave the number plate search did not work so held up traffic had to reverse pull in layby go into office which was fine so i could leave

The bus to the terminal was like a cattle truck, that is when the bus decided to turn up! please give the bus drivers a microphone so they can say what area we are coming up to instead of trying to shout, I think the way the luggage is stored when the bus is full is a Health & Safety issue

I am giving a poor rating because even though my parking was pre-paid, the barrier didn't automatically open on my departure. I had to call the attendant and prove that I had pre-paid before the barrier was lifted. This was stressful as there was a queue of cars behind me.

Bad signage to and from available spaces - lines on the roads are not visible enough. Upon entering the car park it clearly states take a ticket and upon exit pull up to the ticket machine and insert ticket and barrier will lift to allow you to leave - this system clearly does not work because the last twice I have had to reverse back to the office - waste 10 minutes sorting the ticket out to allow me out of the car park - total inconvenience. Poor state of affairs.

Twice parked in short stay and on both occasions unable to exit carparking as machine stated ticket expired when it clearly had not! We were advised that this was due to having a private number plate?? If this is a known problem with the system why has it not been rectified?

Exit with pre-paid system did not work. spent 10 minutes in the rain trying to get out and going backwards and forwards to the payment kiosk.

courtesy bus took ages to collect in the early hours, then on return the courtesy bus drove off as I approached the stop, they must be aware that the KLM flight from Schipol is always full and at what time it disembarks, had to wait 15 mins in the cold yet again!!

When returning from holiday, collected car, put ticket in machine and message on screen read payment due £141.00 had to reverse, queue of cars behind pouring with rain!! went into the office and explained to the young woman behind the counter, who had NO customer service skills, she was abrupt in her manner, I got my confirmation letter out showed her, she printed off a new ticket stating "this will now get you out"- no apology or explanation.... took the new ticket out (in the pouring rain and pitch black) put it in machine and machine wouldn't accept it !!! my husband got out of the car _huge line of traffic behind ,,,, could not reverse a man came out and had to fix the machine, he was very pleasant.

As usual lots of car parking closed off not in use so a ten minute drive around to find a space. On return from the holiday no sign of a bus to transport us to the car park . After walking down from the terminal 2 busses parked by the office with a driver sitting having a cup of tea. Upon trying to exit ticket not accepted by the machine same as the last time so park up get a new ticket from the office. Apart from these points great service!

On the 19th/20th November a good number of the long term car parking areas were closed with no explanation as to why. The rest of the airport was ok and is normally stress free and a pleasant place to be.
