When arriving at the airport I was pushed to the very bottom of the car park ( Section L ) Although none of the other more nearer car parks where full they had signs at the entrance telling you to go further down. This made for a long walk back after our holiday. Will be booking park and ride in future.

When we left the terminal, bus was standing at the stop. As we were half way, it starting moving off and didn't stop as we started running towards it. We then communicated using the intercom to mention we were waiting. 20mins later bus came and then dropped us off at Stop 1 and refused to go further saying road had been closed. It just turned right back towards the exit. We then had to walk to our car at the other end of the car park. This was the last thing we needed at 11:30pm in cold damp weather.

Booking online was easy and no problem. However on exit of the car park, the ticket said I had expired. Spoke to a lady in the office to explain I could not leave. The time was 16.30 and the ticket expired at 17.00 so we knew we were ok. The lady was very unhelpful and rude. Did not apologise or say thank you or anything. I'm afraid she let you all down. The day was Fri afternoon 22nd April, short stay car park.

I have given a mark of poor. There is nothing wrong with the car park or system as such, it worked well for me. My mark is based purely on the charging system. I made a booking which was a non flexible booking. I did need to, or thought I should, alter the timings for departure following a flight time change. This was an alteration by about 2 hours. no change of date or anything major just a slightly later departure from the car park. common courtesy I thought, to at least do the right thing. This change was made somewhere between 12 and 24 hrs before departure. For this priveledge I was charged again, in full! Hmmmm! Not happy! I could understand a fee of some description but full fee? really? It is very unlikely that I will use the service again on this basis. Regards, Malcolm Hodgson. 07960459549

After a long flight that also had been delayed the last thing you want is when you get to the barrier put your ticket in and it says it's invalid and cars are behind you when you know there is still hours left on the ticket the guy in the cabin did eventually sorted it out not good this time

On arrival back from holiday at 2.00 am I found that I could not find my ticket. On calling for assistance, I was greeted by sarcastic comments such as "well how are you going to get out of the car park then.". Comments not really appreciated after a long flight and with a disabled child. Not the best advert for parking at the airport. Might be better to get a taxi next time, or use a different airport.

Pre-paid booking, The flight arrived an hour late, the barrier would not lift. The message was that I had to back to the terminal and put the ticket in the machine to pay more. The amout requested was about £250.00 (as if a didn't have a booking) had a discussion with someone via the help button on the machine, then st the barrier, they let me escape! Not good at midnight!

Not enough instructions on paperwork should be told to take ticket and that this is exit pass. Instructions gave a no which would appear to be entered on keypad at arrival could not find keypad pressed help button and got ticket did not know what to do with it had to go to kiosk on return. Other airports rely on number recognition and print no on ticket so you know what to do

Entered area marked 'spaces' Drove several hundred yards, passing no spaces before coming to a dead end - for no apparent reason temporary fencing had been erected. Difficult 7 point turn between 2 ranks of parked cars in my people carrier with poor turning circle. Is it really so hard to get this right?

I have used the meet and greet service several times and never had any issues, you pull up stop, hand your keys over and Away you go, unfortunately my most recent trip to Barecelona was different, the weather was cold/ miserable and I found myself arriving to a locked office door, we waited for 10 minutes before the attendant arrived who was apologetic, I just thought ok these things can happen, however I returned to exactly the same, a locked office door and again waited in the cold at nearly midnight for over 10 minutes, I know it's only 10 minutes but if I pay for meet and greet that's what I expect, if I wanted to stand around in the cold I would have chosen the kind stay, therefore on this occasion my rating must be poor.

I used the long stay car park on Wednesday 24th February I'd booked in from 04.00 that morning until 11pm on the night of Thursday 25th February. The booking process online was very efficient. On the Thursday my connecting flight was cancelled and I ended up travelling back on the morning of Friday 26th February.Obviously I'd overstayed my time and expected an additional charge. But I was told by the member of staff on duty approx 11am that morning that I needed to pay an additional thirty eight pounds-which I did. My colleague who was also delayed and parked in the short stay car park was also initially charged the full additional fee.He queried it and it was refunded.I did the same and barring an eight pound fee it was refunded. But it leaves me with a question-are your staff on duty either very poorly informed about the way the system works or deliberately taking extra money off people? Either way it's not a good situation-if I hadn't queried the bill I too would be thirty pounds out of pocket.

There was no problem with the parking up and the bus to the terminal. The exit in the car through the exit gate was also trouble free. HOWEVER the problem was with the bus (or LACK and TARDINESS of it) taking us from the terminal to the car park on our return. We waited AGES for the bus and there seemed to be only one in service. So inevitably it was crowded and as a result it was difficult to get off the bus and collect your luggage.

I did write a review with comments last time! This time again there was no bus available and we had to drag our cases from the bottom of the end carpark, arrived exhausted at the terminal. Really difficult to find a parking space need some clear signage to avoid this. Same complaints as last time hope we get a response this time!!

Booking is easy through their website, but almost every time I exit the car park after a stay, I have to wait 10 mins at the barrier as the number plate recognition doesn't work very well. I also think that the short term car park charges are too expensive.

It was a nightmare trying to get out. Instructions were wrong, would not accept credit card, stuck at barrier but eventually managed to reverse back after cars behind had moved, then had to go to office to sort it out.

I do not understand why Newcastle airport don't have car parks A and B open for public use. Being a regular traveller from Newcastle i can't remember the last time I saw them in use. Surely it would make life easier than having to wait for a bus it's a short walk to the airport.
