The booking procedure was excellent. The actual parking was a nightmare. Not all of the car parks were available to the general public. Therefore the car parks that were available were busy. It took us 20 minutes driving around to find a space.

Very disappointed with the service. We arrived home just before one o'clock in the morning and even though we still had over eight hours to go before our parking limit expired the machine would not accept our ticket (nor would it accept the ticket belonging to the owner of the car next to us). The situation was only resolved by us having to wait until an employee arrived. To compound matters the latter would not open the barrier until he saw the relevant paperwork. So with the rain pouring down we had to get out of the car and rummage through our cases until the paperwork was found rendering the 'on-line' element of the process utterly redundant. I should also point out the same thing happened following our flight home in December! I think our rating of the service as 'poor' is extremely fair given the circumstances. Doubt we would use it again.

Upon returning to the UK in the early hours of 02/07/16 there was a system fault with the parking system which resulted in the computer system not recognising that I had pre paid for three vehicles parking. As there were several flights that had landed at the same time this resulted in a lengthy delay exiting the long stay car park as there were a number of vehicles stuck and only one member of parking staff to deal with the entire site. I had also upgraded my disabled parents to park in the short stay car park as they have restricted mobility which resulted in several paniced phone calls about not being able to exit the car park and them being told that they had to pay £157 to leave. I had to pay to park in the pick up and drop off point so that I could run to the parking office to sort it out as the member of staff was so busy he couldn't answer the intercom system. On the plus side the member of staff was very hrlpful given the number of people who weren't very happy with what had happened. Not what you want after a 5 hour flight with a 2 and 1 year old having paid in excess of £130 to park.

On arrival on the 21st June we parked our car & waited nearly 40 minutes for the courtesy bus to come & collect us even after several attempts from another gentleman calling to advise of this, this was at bus stop number 15. Luckily we arrived in plenty of time for our flight but if we hadn't it could have caused a lot of problems.

Don't email them before cos you won't get a reply.. we asked about disabled parking and we are still waiting for a response and that was over a month ago

The medium stay car park used to be much closer to the airport but it has now moved. In reality there is now very little difference in distance to the long stay car parking which is cheaper.

The car park was dark with many puddles - a bit of tarmac would not go amiss. The Ticket I received when I entered would not let me out, nor would the replacement ticket the attendant gave to me - a cheerful soul - the third ticket did work thank God. It's a good job you have a captive clientele.

Only had one carpark to use the rest were closed ,even though they had spaces.. The carpark I used was far away from the airport, buses were random. Upon return in the early hours No buses so a long walk to my car . Parking bays too narrow so your car is at risk of being hit by another parked car. Greed comes to mind .well done ,Customer focus very poor

Barrier would not open upon exiting the car park at 2300hrs. The machine did not recognise our vehicle and we had prepaid. The ticket had to be verified at the kiosk before the barrier would open. It made a nonsense of going to the trouble of buying a prepaid ticket.

Waited over 15 minutes to be collected from airport arrivals - too long imo.

I used the car park arriving on 7th June. Previous visits I have quickly found a parking space. This time it took nearly 20 minutes as most areas were full and those that allowed entry were nearly full. I was following other cars hunting for a space. Finally I went into the overspill car park even though the entry sign said "full" and eventually found a place. On the plus side. I found that the bus transfer was quick once I rang for one. Talking to other drivers who regularly use the Airport, their experience was the same and I have to say that I will be very reluctant to use the Airport parking again in peak season

Very confusing road blocks - cones and no entry signs. Parked in car park J after apparently missing where I should have parked much to the annoyance of the person who answered the phone I used from the bus shelter - he certainly let me know what he thought! Bus did pick us up and we got berated again! Customer service - jury's out on that one?

There were no trolleys for our cases when we arrived at the car park, I had to go into the terminal to get one. Our car was not ready to pick up when we arrived home 08/12/16 00:00, apparently there had been a few arrivals at this time and their cars were also noted to arrive the next day. The guys attitude on the desk was very poor.
