My ticket was prepared and I was advised that I could simply drive to the barrier and insert my parking ticket and the barrier would open. This did not happen. I then rang the help button and waited around 2 minutes until the attendant responded, confirmed my surname and opened the barrier. At 2am in the morning having returned from holiday, this was not a good end to my car parking experience.

Ev, charging. Entered short stay the night before, could not get a charge bay. Tried to get out to come back later and told I intended to park so I must pay. So I paid twice for parking, wanting to charge my car. Cars just left on bays too long.

The weather was horrendous on the night we landed at Newcastle. On leaving the car park we got a message stating we had not paid enough & I was to go to a pay machine. I had paid up to 1am & knew I had paid enough to cover the duration. There was a queue of cars behind me that needed to reverse - I located a member of staff, in the soaking rain, and was told in a matter of fact manner that the machine had not recognised my car ref number - he did something on a machine & advised the barrier would now let me out - I then drove home soaked through - not happy

Waited at bus stop 15 for at least 20 minutes with the guy on the intercom insisting that that part of the car park was closed, then waited over 20 minutes to be picked up from the terminal, and when we got dropped back of at bus stop 15 there were at least 12 people waiting to be picked up but because the bus was full they were refused and told to wait for the next bus, but when we left the car park the other bus was parked up.

Unable to exit medium stay car park with our pre-paid booking. Held up cars behind at the barrier while I had to go to customer services to show the booking and get a new ticket to use at the barrier.

Not enough light in the car park to see where are we going to park Car places are not numbered which is very important when we are coming back esp in the night Generally not satisfied with the parking arrangement NOT SATISFIED

very poor lighting, men`t we missed our stop. would be better if the driver was able to announce the sections of car park.

On arrival at car park requested courtesy bus on intercom, after waiting 10 minutes and no sign of bus rang again was advised by the girl who answered that she would try to contact the driver again, after a further 10 minutes still no bus rang again to be advised that the driver had in fact had his receiver turned off but he would now be on his way. Another 10 minutes passed and no sign of bus rang again but no one answered so decided to walk to terminal in view of the length of time we had waited. Whilst walking we did in fact see the bus going round but by this time we were nearly at terminal

Paid extra for the meet and greet outside the terminal to then get to the airport to have drop the car off ourselves at the carpark. Then when we handed the keys in to be told we had to come back there when we land when it was suppose to be waiting outside the terminal again for us. Customer service was good at the reception. Will not be using the company again advertising false information which a member of staff mentioned it's been complained about before therefore paying £68.99 and not receiving the package we was entitled to.

It begins with bad signage. Confusion is immediate as for directions. Ticketing! There was not enough information given about the procedure for how to use your ticket. The actual parking site is good. Bay's are ample even for a large SUV. The transfers were good with friendly helpful drivers. Back to signage, especially at night. I found the exit signs illuminated badly and difficult to read. I would probably use a meet and greet service on my next trip.

When we arrived at the parking lot, everything was easy to find, the layout is a fine set up; however, once we parked up and went to the bus stop with our luggage, we waited at least fifteen minutes for the shuttle service .... but none came. We managed to get to terminal via the footpath even though my suffers from asthma which is one of the reasons we decided upon this car parks facilities. There was explanation to this malfunction and no one there to ask any questions to and we were not happy to start our vacation this way. The homeward part was ok.

My updated return was not recognized by the exit machine despite the money being taken from my credit card and I had to pay for the full stay before I could leave. It was fixed the next day by contacting the airport staff but it was inconvenient

Same problem yet again, 3 times on the trott now,unable to exit car park with ticket , had to repeat booking reference numerous times to office from the barrier machine to leave , needs sorting!!!

No bus was there to pick up ended up walking to airport from j long walk when elderly mother with you by time we got to near entrance bus appeared. Same again on way back call for bus on waiting nearly 15 mins decided to walk again. Then waiting to exit gate was told ref wasn't recognised so had to then park up and go into hut.

Paid online for 1 weeks parking in medium stay. Car park surface particularly poor and requires investment. Pedestrian exits from the car park poor with then pathway at the vehicle exits being made up of very loose gravel and extremely difficult to pull a 20kg suitcase with small wheels!! Upon exiting the car park at 01:00am I was requested at the barrier to pay £157 and prepaid ticket spat back at me! After abandoning the car (& family) at the barrier my ticket was validated at the office. The operative on the desk seems to insuate this was a frequent occurrence and not At all suprised! Needless to say I won't be using the medium stay carpark again and would rather pay the additional cost to park in a smooth Tarmac car park that I can at least get out of both with my cases and my car. Thank you.

We have problems with the ticket whenever we leave the car park. I had called into the office. The lad swiped the ticket, but we still couldn't get out. I thought it was supposed to be number plate recognition? This has never been the case for us. Colleagues at work have said it is for them.

Very disappointed-courtesy bus driver did not seem to know where he was going and as it was pitch black outside the passengers couldn't see where they were going! Consequently people were getting off the bus only to find they were in the wrong car park. Very much doubt if I would use this service again when travelling back at night!

1. Car was still blocked in by a number of other cars and was not ready at all on return of the "Meet & Greet" service. 2. Car was fine when we left it, yet engine management light was lit upon our return. There has not even been an acknowledgement of my complaint.

All carparks are closed near airport due to staff parking in them you so you have park miles away and I know you can get the bus but its not easy with 2 kids and 4 suitcases as you are not allowed to take suitcase trolley on the bus.
