The back of the car had 2 dints in it next to the number plate was not very happy

No bus was there to pick up ended up walking to airport from j long walk when elderly mother with you by time we got to near entrance bus appeared. Same again on way back call for bus on waiting nearly 15 mins decided to walk again. Then waiting to exit gate was told ref wasn't recognised so had to then park up and go into hut.

Paid online for 1 weeks parking in medium stay. Car park surface particularly poor and requires investment. Pedestrian exits from the car park poor with then pathway at the vehicle exits being made up of very loose gravel and extremely difficult to pull a 20kg suitcase with small wheels!! Upon exiting the car park at 01:00am I was requested at the barrier to pay £157 and prepaid ticket spat back at me! After abandoning the car (& family) at the barrier my ticket was validated at the office. The operative on the desk seems to insuate this was a frequent occurrence and not At all suprised! Needless to say I won't be using the medium stay carpark again and would rather pay the additional cost to park in a smooth Tarmac car park that I can at least get out of both with my cases and my car. Thank you.

We have problems with the ticket whenever we leave the car park. I had called into the office. The lad swiped the ticket, but we still couldn't get out. I thought it was supposed to be number plate recognition? This has never been the case for us. Colleagues at work have said it is for them.

Very disappointed-courtesy bus driver did not seem to know where he was going and as it was pitch black outside the passengers couldn't see where they were going! Consequently people were getting off the bus only to find they were in the wrong car park. Very much doubt if I would use this service again when travelling back at night!

1. Car was still blocked in by a number of other cars and was not ready at all on return of the "Meet & Greet" service. 2. Car was fine when we left it, yet engine management light was lit upon our return. There has not even been an acknowledgement of my complaint.

All carparks are closed near airport due to staff parking in them you so you have park miles away and I know you can get the bus but its not easy with 2 kids and 4 suitcases as you are not allowed to take suitcase trolley on the bus.

Bus driver shouted number 16 at first stop I asked if it was supposed to be the alphabet ie a b c d e we were e he snapped at me its a big car park ya nahh then he went passed two peoples stops then dropped us at wrong one he knew we were e and let us off at d he had a horrible attitude and to be honest don't know if I would park there again

The online booking process was straightforward. There was plenty of space in the overflow parking section but, unlike the main parking area, the zones don't seem to have been given a number or letter. Useful tip: note the nearest numbered bus stop as a guide to the location of your car. As on a previous occasion, my car's registration number was not captured by the camera on entry and so, on departure from the car park, I had the tiresome and time-consuming experience of having to reverse back from the exit gate, park and go into the office to have my booking checked and my exit cleared by someone on duty. One of the airport buses was parked in the space outside the office, leaving limited room to park.

Picked up my car after my flight home ,couldn't get out of the car park as the ticket machine would not accept my pre paid ticket . Had to go to the admin office and wait behind several others that had the same issue .

Last 2 times we have used the Long stay there has been no buses to take us to the airport and have ended up wAlking as we just kept waiting and then The bus was full.. Last time there was 3 buses just sitting beside the admin hut and there was no bus at the airport. The time it took to walk (about 15 mins )none of the buses had moved And the drivers just seemed to be having a jolly good chat. Not impressed at all . This service used to be very efficient and buses were very regular - not now !!!

I have already sent details of our experience regarding paying for car parking, and when we arrived and parked we could not gat a courtesy bus as the car park was "full" but have still not had a response from yourselves

Although close enough to the terminal, very expensive compared to other airports, lots of rubbish littering the car park and poor signage for the long stay once through the barriers.

The service on this occasion was not satisfactory. The ticket issued from the machine had printed on it the wrong vehicle registration making our exit difficult. Ray clegg

I pre-booked my parking on a couple of occasions to try and speed up my exit from the airport car park , but every time I tried to exit ( number plate recognition ) I had to go into the car park kiosk to re- validate my pre-paid ticket. On the third occasion when this happened I asked why do I have to re- validate my ticket. I was informed that not all personal number plates are picked up by the system !!! You also have to pay a card fee !! I'll just pay in the at the machine in the airport in the future.

I made an advanced booking for the Medium Stay car park but on arrival found the car park to be completely full (no notices before entry) with no staff in attendance to advise how I should proceed. I moved to the Long Stay car park. On return to my car 12 days later I could not leave the Long Stay car park because my firts ticket had been cancelled when i left the Medium Stay area after less than 15 minutes. My wife needs a wheelchair and we could not see any disabled spaces. I was not impressed.

We had to go around several car parks to look for a space, the bus service is rubbish, we had to ring up several times and we waited well over 30 minutes for the bus, other people in our party walked up with their cases, on our return my husband collected the car and picked us up in the car park at the front, we paid the £1 to exit rather than go through the same hassle again

At my last visit , the car park was very congested. I could only park just inside the barrier. This was disorderly compared to normal.

Shuttle bus takes ages, partiuclarly for early flights. Waited for over 15 minutes before the bus finally arrrived - its not exactly a huge area so I'm perplexed as to where it had been, probably along with the 40 or so other users in the queue. Staff seemed surpsrised that there were so many people, as if aircraft had suddenly decided to depart that day, at that time. ANPR barrier system works randomly, sometimes lets cars through, sometimes not. A Police van and the shuttle bus were stuck trying to escape when I was leaving the site. There are three exit lanes, invariably the staff use lane 3 as a more-convenient-than-a-car-park area in which to dump their unused shttle busses / personal cars / old trolleys. Overall, expensive and shoddily run.
