Very disappointed this time,when we arrived at airport car park we where directed by a man to the new car park,this was too far away from airport itself,will be choosing my own space next time as iv paid for it,if there was no other spaces I would understand,but there was plenty nearer the airport.may just get a taxi if this is the normal

Airport long stay coach driver did not take us to the E parking zone, he dropped us off at zone C and said E was "behind the trees" which we found was not the case. He had already dropped another couple off at completely the wrong area [they also wanted E] and they stopped the driver to get on the coach again to be taken to the right area. That couple and myself and partner were all dropped off [myself and partner had very large cases] at 01:30 in the morning in darkness. It took us around half an hour to find the correct area. Lack of lighting didn't help the situation. After locating zone E we did see another coach drop passengers off directly in the E zone so it was definitely accessible to the coaches. An unpleasant experience.

The second time I've used the short stay for a weekend break. For the second time the barrier did not recognise my ticket although I'd pre booked. Very poor

Whilst the purchasing, parking and price were all excellent and disturbingly negative response at checkout when my ticket wouldn't work will make me question whether I would ever use this experience again! A thoroughly unpleasant and discourteous woman! It cause amusement amongst my passengers at her lack of basic manners but I was much less amused!

Rang for a bus to collect us at bus stop number 51 was told by the driver that that bus stop had closed even though there were spaces left aswel as hundreds of cars so we walked to airport dragging cases then we seen the bus pull in to where we were at the bus stop we couldn't believe it , by then we were nearly at airport so just carried on couldn't be bothered to even question this I don't know if he was trying to be funny or just couldn't be bothered to pick us up, we have been using this service in long stay for years and never had a problem were not happy about this last experience we have just had , we have a another holiday in August coming up not sure what we will do now because we will have the kids with us and I don't fancy walking to airport again with them because we will indeed miss our flight.

I use the short stay car park almost every week and think it's unbelievable that frequent users arent recognized. I don't feel like a valued customer

I travel regular and use you parking facilities, I have been pre- booking however on my last journey it would have been cheaper if I had just paid on the day, I pre-paid at £21.29 (£18.99 + £2.30 credit card) on the day it was £17.70 displayed on the exit barrier, why should I pre-book also although I pre-booked I never get automatic exit, I always have to park at the barrier and go into the office, and last visit it was pouring with rain!!!!!!, every time I pre-book I have to go in the office

Once again the exit was not smooth. Had to Q in office as ticket (along with another half a dozen) didn't work.

Poor signage - car park surface poor and some car park areas closed. Total confusion was noticed with cars trying to exit the car park - then to top it off the barrier would not lift with a driver having to return to the office - needs sorting.

The parking was fine. However I was very disappointed to receive a fine for what the company said was illegal parking when we arrived home. It was pouring with rain, pitch black and couldn't see any double yellow lines and as my husband is disabled we thought we were fine as he is allowed to park on double lines. Also bearing in mind we were there for two minutes, just enough time to throw in the bags in the car. We didin't see any signs saying no parking, it was raining heavily and dark and even on the photo evidence you only see the lines with a magnifying glass. My advice to anyone wanting to fly from Newcastle Airport would be leave your car at home and find another way of transport. Your company showed no compassion when I contacted them and after watching many programmes about parking companies I shouldn't have expected any other treatment. I don't hink I would park there again, unless I am desperate.

On arrival. It was very busy. Looked for almost 25 minutes for a parking space. Maybe allocating a parking space on booking would work much better. Especially if the spaces were numberd. Would maybe consider using again of improvements were made.

Barrier would not open on our return/exit from car park...resulting in having to call an attendant. cars behind were not happy. What happened?

The initial booking was easy but it was confusing finding the correct area / car park to leave the car. On return, when I inserted the ticket as directed I was instructed that I was to pay £78.00 to be able to leave. I did use the call button and speak to customer support - who were very helpful and checked my details with my car registration number which confirmed my booking and payment. All was quickly resolved but we had a terrible panic for a few minutes which is not what you want after a nice time away.

everything we were told when we arrived at the parking area was correct and straight forward however on our return when we got to the barrier and put the ticket in to leave it would not let us through . after calling the help desk I was informed that the information I was giving the man was under another name . After a few minutes searching he eventually found our booking and opened the barrier for us . I cannot understand how my reference number you sent me can have someone else on the records.

No one to welcome us when we arrived. No information given as to gaining access to meet and greet compound on arrival at Airport Car Park. Difficult with ticket when trying to exit Car Park.

Paying on line was easy. However, finding a parking space due to the inaccurate (confirmed by staff member) "car park full" signs on every car park , lack of running buses , poor lighting and uneven pavements really made the experience frustrating. The staff in the airport were clearly bored and lacked customer service , we did not get one smile from any staff members until the KLM plane, a disappointing start to our holiday.

Yet again I have used your system and upon exiting the car park the barrier does not recognise private number plates which means having to visit office again to verify ticket. This is not the first time this has been reported but I have had no response to this and nothing seems to have been resolved.

this is the third time i have used this facility of where i book on line that was good very easy, arrived got ticket parked all very easy however on my return yet again the ticket would not go through the barrier, it was not recognised, the first time they said it may have been next to a phone so the next time i made sure it was no where near magnetic or phone still didn't work . same response this time same again and i kept it in a different place in a no magnetic area. so i was not happy.
