Very poor system did not work when exiting the car park.

Was 10 minutes late following a delayed flight - they charged £19.50 - that was more than the cost of parking for 19 hours - the duration of the trip.

I booked 2 cars into long stay car parking and one car could not get out and took 20 minutes to resolve. Poor customer service.

All the 'normal' parts of the car park were closed. I had to park in an area which appeared to have been last surfaced around 30 years ago. The lighting wasn't great and there were no 'landmarks' to make it easy to find yoiur car again. On the positive side, the bus appeared quickly and it was a short ride to the terminal. On my return, I found my car after a few minutes of searching after leaving the bus. I own an Alfa Romeo so, of course, the number plate recognition hadn't worked, meaning that, when I tried to exit, I was asked to pay £93. I'd to go to the office to be 'released'.

My pre paid ticket would not let me out of the carpark. It was a dark cold evening and both myself and my son were travel weary.. We had to park up again and seek help to exit the carpark.. What's the point pre paying!

Used the meet and greet parking service - was neither met not greeted when I arrived. Was no different to a normal service, albeit the car park was very close to the airport.

Costing around £30.00 for a little one and a half days parking this does not represent good value for money and that coupled with a sporadic bus service makes it cheaper and quicker for me to use a taxi in future

Lots of the car parks blocked off although did not appear to be full. Insufficient buses to pick up result in waiting, automated ticket did not work had to go to Customer Services causing customers behind to reverse and caused delays.

As usual your number plate camera at the exit didn't recognise a private reg plate. On my previous visit I'd stopped and went into the office only to be told that the cameras could now recognise private plates, but this time, yet again I had to reverse into the laybye and get the ticket authorised. Not much fun when there's a couple of cars behind you !!!

parked there 3 times this year and every time most of the car parks were either closed off or full signs displayed, drove around the open sections and couldn't find a space. ended up going in so called full sections and found a space easily. bus service is regular and pretty quick.

Unfortunately the car had been scraped when we returned to Newcastle and no one had left details so our experience was not a happy one.

Parking was dreadful, areas designated spaces available were not. Driving around looking for a free space left less time for arriving at the check in desk. On arrival back to Newcastle Airport, there was a horrendous queue building up as previous flights had also landed .A sign said to use both lanes, we were in B lane and A lane was moving faster because it then filtered into B lane and caused a huge Bottleneck. Surely it would make sense to have both lanes open into Immigrations area.

I have used the parking facilities at Newcastle airport a few times now and have to say if a number for a bay and section was allocated before hand would be a lot more better as you just drive around looking for a space and pas s section that are showing as full but are empty and off limits. From issuing a parking space you will be able to find it with ease when returning from holidays as each time I end up wandering around looking for my car in the dark which isn't good. Also having car park stafff available in the car park it's self would be much appreciated.

The main Aspire lounge is a reflection of the 1960's railway buffet; dingy, over crowded, poor fare and low standard facilities, unkempt and poorly maintained. I can't help feeling it was an after-thought; where do we put those exhausted travellers who have just run the gauntlet of the serpentine, in-your-face, duty-free turnpike? The long term car park shuttle bus did a good job of reminding you of the experience; a litter strewn floor. If Newcastle Airport is a reflection of the kind welcome international visitors can expect in the North East, bring back Hadrian.

Walking path to Terminal was not clearly indicated. Price was excessive for a parking area without a properly tarmac'd surface.

entry ok, easy to find parking place but exit was a different matter, toll both did no work on exit had to wait in line for 10 mins to exit the car park which was unacceptable after a 4 hr flight.

Coming back from holiday on the 06/10/15 at 13 00hrs waited at bus stop for 20 mins before bus arrived noticed other car parks providers transport ie the old Bell air had been to pick passengers up three times while we were waiting .Cue when bus finally arrived was 30 couples long ?. Also unlike other companies your driver sat in his cab no help for old or persons with disabilities with baggage no asking were you needed dropping off. Had to push the stop button several times eventually driver had to back up to let us off. Noticed as previous occasion spare bus parked up at car park office not in use?. For the larges parking provider at Newcastle airport it should be far slicker operation in these day of increased competition.
