“The transfer service is slow and intermitant. Signage for spaces is poor. Pick up point outside the terminal is badly signed. I was going to use the service in July, September and November for up coming holidays but I'm now considering cheaper alternatives.”

“Car park on line booking, simple, no issues, Entry to car park swift, and found a space quickly, Secure area, regular pick up bus for passengers to and from carpark to terminal, only issue is the cost now, At the moment its £77 for 7 days parking, you can normally get 10% off with a code, But its cheaper than taxi which is normally £50 each way, I lost the exit ticket, I visited the booking office who printed off a new ticket free,”

“We use Newcastle airport parking a number of times every year and have never had a problem it is well sign posted and is a no hassle car park .just out os curiosity ,do you give any discount for frequent use . Between 7 and 10 times a year?”

“I use the car parks regularly and feel happy with the service, I especially appreciate the meet and greet parking. I arrived back from holiday recently to find my battery was flat and within minutes someone was called to assist me and they started it for me.”
