“No problem at all. We pre booked our stay in carpark 2. On our arrival in to the Airport area, we followed the signs to the carpark, collected a ticket on entry, found a parking space without any trouble, then a 2 or 3 minute walk along the designated path directly in to the terminal building. On our return, no problem, back to the car drove out to the barrier, registration recognition, ticket in, barrier released, simple & convenient.”

“Easy parking with usually plenty of spaces. The availability/frequency of buses to the terminal may challenge those who take half their house with them when they go on holiday. We only take carryon so no problem”

“Use the airport regular and never have any issues, only small point was my pre paid parking fast track ticket didn’t work on the way out but was resolved quickly over the barrier intercom.”

“Pre-booked Parking at the Airport was very straightforward and within a few minutes walk to the Terminal. Checking in had been done online with Jet2 so getting our bags put through on self-serve was very easy and stress-free. The time taken to go through Security was minimal despite the large volume of travelers. Facilities at the airport are excellent and getting to the boarding gates was easy when notified. The Airport is comfortable and information on flights is updated regularly. We prefer to fly from Newcastle when possible as we have always found it to be a great start to our holidays.”

“The long stay car park remains convenient and good value but our exit was troublesome in that the barrier would not let us out on insertion of the ticket. I had my booking reference so was let out after a few minutes. Our flight was early morning so not many cars waiting to leave but this could have lead to disruption for others behind at a busier time”

“Excellent choice of parking areas giving reasonable selection of charges depending upon distance from terminal. Considering the high charges of airport taxis (even for local addresses) the use of airport parking is really good value.”

“Airport parking ok only negative is the bus service is very very poor never there in my last 3 trips away while parking at the airport I’ve never seen or heard a bus always parked up and at 4am you just want that bus to take you to your car as it’s always a long long walk to your car with bags and baggage so get them buses running more give a better service please”
