“Used Premium Meet & Greet car parking. Drop off very easy, with an excellent member of staff in the office. Flight back delayed by 24 hrs. E-mailed the car park team overnight to advise and had a response before breakfast. Pick up equally smooth and friendly.”

“East to access. Parking secure and safe. Decided to walk with cases rather than wait for a bus, which can take a while to come Easy exit on return. No problems at all. Would recommend. Better discount for return users would be great.”

“First time flying out of Newcastle. We chose the Premium Fast Track parking. It was right next door to the terminal and very convenient. More expensive but worth every penny. Airport facilities were great. Journey from check in to departure lounge was seamless.”

“We have a blue badge but were unable to find a disability space and ended up in area H bus stop 10. Quite a distance from parking to bus stop. On returning to collect car we waited almost 25 minutes for the return bus to the carpark, only to find that someone had hit our car and left it with a large scratch on the driver's side rear. All this for £ 79 !!!. We are travelling again in September but are unhappy about booking the carpark again.”
