Used the premium meet and greet facility recently. Was competitive on price, easy to use and no hassle at all. Would strongly recommend as it takes any stress out of the parking process

All good. Entry and exit problem free, acceptable short walk to terminal, no traffic or misleading signage.

Very efficient and helpful staff going through security when departing. Absolutely awful border force organisation at passport control when returning. Long delays and chaos at automatic passport machines. Previous experiences at the airport have always been very pleasant. Meet and greet parking very efficient and understanding of delays due to passport control.

New premium meet and greet service is excellent. Would be better with more than 1 member of staff though! Collecting our car was quite a wait

Excellent service, pull up , park outside of terminal, short walk and your ready to board your flight knowing that your car is safe and once inside the terminal and your through customs an excellent variety of duty free bargains and plenty of choice to eat and drink while waiting to Board.

Parking was fine. The problem I always seem to have is at the exit barrier. When I insert the ticket the machine always asks for a payment even thought I’ve pre booked and paid. Therefore I always need to speak to operator who checks the registration of car then raises the barrier.

Great experience from our last visit to NCL airport From the twilight check-in, the premium meet and greet car parking to the special assistance organised by Jet2 the staff throughout are a credit and gave exceptional service

Overall good but parking becoming expensive, now going to get taxi as its cheaper.having used parking 3 times in the last 5 months a loyalty card system would be good.dont lose customers.

My actual experience would rate a 5 except for 1 thing that concerned me with the parking. We were 10 or 15 minutes late getting to the car and had to pay a few pounds to exit the car park. This was due to waiting gor our luggage. If our plane had been delayed for any time it seemed we would have had to pay the full charge for using the express car park which would have been astronomical. The actual airport experience I would rate highly although we did wat 45 minutes for the food we ordered so it was a good job our plane was delayed a couple of hours. Loved the spa and being in Newcastle means everyone was super friendly!!
