“The website is easy to navigate and when my travel plans changed Graham on the help desk helped change the dates and it was a pleasant surprise to have a human being to speak to! Plus response to a later query by email was responded to very quickly. The coach drivers who ferry you between car parks and the terminal have always been cheerful - whatever the time of day or night. The signage to the various car parks could be better however. It is somewhat confusing if you haven’t been to the airport for a while.”

“The internet booking system is easy to use and the gentleman on the helpline (I had to cancel my first booking as travel plans changed) could not be more helpful, and my refund was quickly made. The coach driver from the long stay park to the terminal was cheerful - even though it was 330am on Dec 27th! The only negative is the signage to the nearer long stay park is not clear enough. Staff though are very positive.”
