“Hassel free parking , collect your ticket on the way in park your car then put your ticket in and head out so easy, bus available to get you and your luggage but you can walk Definitely recommend”

“Ease of booking, ease of finding what i want at front of airport. Only one issue i have as a frequent user the costs get hire from June onwards. Would be great if you had some sort of loyalty program.”

“Exactly what it does , parking easy . Bus to terminal good. Only thing is reaching machine to collect ticket and to exit the car park is a bit of a stretch with the SUV s of today.”

“Our flight from Heathrow was cancelled and couldn't get back to new for at least twelve more hours. Couldn't remember if had booked extra time, but thankfully we got out of car park without extra stress.”

“Everything went well and as I have mobility issues I went to bus stop 1 after parking. I phoned as the intercom wasn’t working. When I phoned they said nobody picked up from Nos 1 but when I explained that I had mobility issues the bus came. It was all gone on my return journey.”
