“It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't become so expensive. It used to be quite competitive (i.e. parking versus taxis) but now taxis there & back would be cheaper.”

“A totally hassle free parking experience whilst using the Newcastle Premium Meet & Great. Staff were welcoming and the process was quick and easy during both drop off and pick up on return. Access to the terminal building is only 2 minutes away.”

“We have used your airport parking many times but recently since covid there is hardly any bus transfers which can be a long cold walk at times and your prices have shot up so much. You now have a monopoly now as the other local car parks which existed before covid have all closed down. I think that it is very greedy to have put the prices up so much and I am very disappointed in prices going up as well as the almost non existent bus transfers.”

“Tha service provided by Newcastle Airport Meet and greet was second to none very straight forward book pay turn up on the day park in lane check in leave key upon return hand you ticket in directed towards your car and away. Fantastic service”

“I have used meet and greet 8 times over the last 20 months and I love everything about the process. The staff are friendly even though it is normally about 4.30 in the morning. My only issue is that I believe there should be a loyalty card for frequent users. There is a 10% discount for anyone if they have a code which anyone can. It’s not cheap but starting to work out expensive for request users.”
