"I received a defective item and I wanted a replacement but they don't offer replacements\/exchanges. they told me to return the one I have and place a new order but I can't utilize the new account coupon. when I expressed that concern, they told me to provide my bank account details and they would wire me the 10% back into my account after I place the order. um, no thank you. terrible experience as a customer that did nothing wrong and received a defective item."

Just got an email saying \u201cwe\u2019ve received your returns\u201d \u2026 what returns ?! Just word salad with \"I'm sorry you feel bad\" mixed in it. Due to this, I refused to accept the packages and required them to be returned. It's been over a month and I haven't received all of my money back. Lesson learned."

"I had a special event to go to in Cardiff\r\nThe waistcoat I ordered was too small so I ordered a larger size \r\nI was at work when it came but my husband stayed home\r\nWhen I got home the \u2018black waistcoat\u2019 was in fact a red dress \ud83d\ude21 it was too late to order it again and the item was no longer in stock ( it was when I ordered it) I rang to complain on Saturday and I\u2019ve still not had a response from Next. I\u2019m so angry and disappointed with Next. Also I could not wear the outfit I\u2019d planned without the waistcoat"
