Way too tight on the arms. I'm a size 10 but 34DD. Chest. The dimensions are all wrong!! Wish I could return this jacket. I've even stopped people on the street and they agree. Total waiste of money.

I love reviewing products but unfortunatly this isnt easy with next. I read reviews so some are able to . I am a next fan and always look at next first,but losing faith,due to this I shall look elaewhere in the future.

They are very slow with returns, probably because so many items are returned. Many clothes on sale are a exceptionally bad fit even new items are not as good as they use to be I do not purchase as many clothes from them because the fit keeps changing, especially trousers. Courier is always late or does not show up at all even though I paid for unlimited delivery will not be paying for next year.

A chair purchased in 2015 now has a spring poking through. This is with normal wear and no one heaving sitting on it. I would have expected this item to last far longer without problems. Poor workmanship, I will not be buying furniture again. Next to not want to know. They only guarantee for 12 months. They obviously only expect it to last that long.

Very disappointed, ordered x 2 pineapple ornament candles for my kitchen and the description states that they are 24cm in height, when I received them they were a lot smaller and having measured them they are 17cm not the 24cm as stated. I am going to be returning these.

Bought a jacket (Lipsy London) via Next. The size 12 I bought wasn't even a 10 - more like an 8. And the sleeves must have been designed for a gorilla, being at least 4" too long. The lining wasn't properly displayed on Next's site, and is so ugly I would never wear the jacket unbuttoned. Was going to leave just 1 star, but Next customer service were very good about the return, so they get a star for making the return easy.

Ordered something from next and it was all fine until I find out the person who delivered it broke my locked garage door just to wedge a parcel in there when he could have just hid it behind the bin or threw it over the gate! Not happy.

I was debited for the new directory in December as as yet I have not received . I have spoken to staff online and on the telephone . I was promised a refund for the inconvenience plus a directory in 10 days time (twice). They also promised they would get back to me about any courier problem in my area . I am now considering closing my account which is a shame as I have been ordering for many years . Empty promises from unprofessional customer service staff .

In Hartleppol store this morning big queue at pick up desk, felt sorry for assistant, queue getting bigger she asked for help nobody came the rest of the staff stood over on ladies having a good chat, i was there 15 miniutes before another member of staff came and then they both went to get parcels dont mind waiting when its busy but 3 staff members talking on ladies 2 on mens ignoring customers, poor girl on there looked close to tears.

Very Disappointed Today I went into the Plymouth Store to enquire about a large sofa , unfortunately the Lady Assistant on that Department wasn’t much interested in attending to me , she only had one couple asking about swatches, I then went to buy a cream waste bin , I joined a very long que most of which were returning items purchased online so waited 18 Minutes

On two seperate occasions whilst purchasing in store at the gateshead metro centre store i thought the customer service on both occasions was particularly not good the first occasion the lady was tuting as she didnt want to serve, the 2nd lady was not much better not very friendly.

Good clothes and choice of clothing and quality but there is never enough stock online for some items! It shouldn’t be on if it’s out of stock especially dresses

Store seems to have run out of ideas and any creativity Next was my favourite store but they have lost their charm. Outdated design and every year seem to be same. they seems to rely too much on their boxing day sales. I can not find what Im looking for these days and had to move on to different retailer

Bought a Coat on Line for a present, needed it quickly so paid for next day delivery which Next said would be the following day it took 3 days to arrive, it was difficult to contact Next it had to be by phone and had to wait on hold for 40minutes most days unless I phoned late at night and then it was only 10mins, Very unsatisfactory.

The statements are not clear, they show all the items ordered and returned but almost every time there are items that have not been credited and I have to ring and chase the credits. I always return by courier so there is minimal chance of the items to go missing in the post It makes no sense why there is not a section in the statement that shows the items that you have kept and what you have been charged for. I am sure that a lot of busy people that do not have the time to go through the statements in detail, end up paying for items they have returned. My advice is that everyone should go through their statement with a fine comb and next should send clear statements

I recently ordered some furniture from Next and was assured by the sales representative that it would be derived, unpacked and all packing would be removed. A few days before delivery I received an email from them again stating that when the furniture was delivered it would be unpacked and the rubbish would be removed, Come the delivery day the furniture arrived exactly on time and was delivered by two very polite guys. When I asked them to unpack it they informed me that normally the eight chairs I ordered would be delivered by one man and therefore the unpacking and package removal was not offered. I pointed out to them that there were in fact two of them, the packages weighed 43KG each, I am 70 years old and slightly disabled and for me to unpack and place them would be a hardship they apologised and again said that they were not allowed to do this service. I refused to sign their delivery note until I had spoken to Next customer services. It took 45 minutes to get through to them during which time the guys sat in their vehicle waiting to see what customer care said. I was told that someone from home deliveries would phone me within 10 minutes, which they did and I was again informed that this was a one man delivery item and not unpacking was offered. Again I pointed out there were two guys sat outside who could have done this job and been on their way 30 minutes ago. The young lady apologised and said that if I wasn't happy to send the goods back. I had NO ISSUE with the products and decided that I had to keep them as we had disposed of our old one's, I went outside to inform the men that they could leave and I could just see the rear of their truck disappearing down the road. In summary, excellent produce, very poor customer care.

There is no stretch in this season's cotton chinos! which basically makes for uncomfortable wear! Also, waist is to high but no information given on the labels to indicate this.
