“Visited Next Store in Victoria Retail Park Grimsby on Sunday 17/3/24. This was to collect some on line orders as well as buy some items from the men's department. I am a wheelchair user and find this store very accessible. The staff are always welcoming and supportive. On this occasion I greeted on arrival and helped by Nina. She was tremendous with her help and advice and it was a real pleasure to shop. Many thanks Nina. Great customer service. Really appreciated. David”

“Shopped in Southend on Friday do some Christmas shopping this was the only shop that didn’t do Black Friday disappointed. But do great reduction in January. I was served by Rebecca she was amazing so helpful went above and beyond to help and make shopping pleasant . Lovely to see an assistant actually smiling and enjoying her Day.”

“Received outstanding customer service from Sarah at the Oxford Street (0123) We had an issue with our wallpaper order and even though the card payment systems were down, Sarah took the time to assist us to resolve the issue and exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to rectify the issue where others may have brushed us off in that situation. “I visited your store to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding. I really was out of my depth as I've always struggled to find the perfect suit, as I'm very tall. I was approached by your colleague Mac (he works in the men's department at Gipsy Lane Luton). His professionalism, excellent customer service skills and expertise on recommending the correct size for my 3 piece suit was outstanding throughout. Mac was informative, efficient, detailed, completed the task optimally to his best ability. Mac is an asset to your company, as he completes his job to his optimal capability and goes more than beyond to care and satisfy his customers in providing the best customer care as possible. Mac is very approachable and I reinforce once again he is an asset to the Luton branch (Gipsy Lane).”

“I went to Loughton store. Sophie was so so helpful, as she ordered online for me to be collected at the jersey store . She took the stress away from me, nothing was too much for her . Sophie is an asset to the company. There should be more people like Sophie”

“Exciting gender neutral Party wear ideas. I am male mid twenties and want to look lively for Xmas new year festive season. Next we're most helpful even offering suggestions on outfits and what worked well on me. After many fittings and the great patience and assistance of staff I now have two new outfits and will attend this year's Christmas NewYear meals and party's with confidence. Thank you Next”

“On Saturday 29 Oct, I visited Next in Peel Centre Gloucester. My daughter had asked me to purchase jeans for her, I picked what I thought she wanted and went to the counter, I was served by a young man who was so very helpful and pleasant while I phoned my daughter to check purchase was correct. I left the counter and headed out of the store and this young assistant ran after me to give me my purse which I had left on the counter. The nicest assistant ever and such an asset to next! His name is Matthew.. Please could you make sure he is praised, he deserves a gold star. Many thanks”

“Once again my experience with next has been outstanding from customer services picking up orders and returning items not suitable, I was really wanting an item and the male upstairs at brotherhood was so helpful and patient with me . Nothing is to much trouble for the guys at this store , it’s a pleasure being served , it was so busy on my visit but they were lovely lads ! Thankyou 😀👍”
