Useless company. They offer next day delivery with little chance of it arriving. They do not bother to keep you updated as to where your package might be or indeed arrive. Totally useless

0 stars they deserve seriously guys unless you want a nervous breakdown DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM !! I ordered on the 3 rd of January 2022 and paid for next day delivery that NEVER HAPPENED AND ONLY DELIVERED HALF OF MY PARCEL!!After phoning up; you get some imbeciles ,who can’t spell you have to dictate like children the letters,you get a cynical cow saying !!the couriers have problems need to given more time(so If you are working think twice) I had to tell them if tomorrow you don’t deliver my parcel I will chase the refund with my bank seriously A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL AND NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I write to warn everyone who wanna place any order from NEXT think TWICE! This company is the worst company I ever seen. I have been a loyal NEXT VIP and Unlimited customer, I ordered over £20000 with this company, they send out faulty and broken items so I returned items by their EVRI courier collection with tags and all in original packaging I had all the proof of online purchase and NEXT refused to refund me, I need to dispute each transactions with my bank and still in process. After I raised dispute with my bank, few days later NEXT sent two guys from agency to my home address with my private details and my family personal details as well all printed on paper obviously NEXT did a hard search without customer permission and they use camera recorded our faces and vehicles, they are threatening and harassing me and my family. NEXT are clearly using this as a way to avoid refunds which is absolutely disgusted! I will NEVER EVER shop with NEXT again, extremely rude staff ( Female Manager of BICESTER NEXT store ), shocking online customer service, shame on them! Be prepare to deal with many phone calls, emails, worries, waste of time and losing your money if you wanna order from this SCUMBAGS company!!!!!!!

Delivery is a constant issue with the company after paying 3.99 for next day delivery. Items are either processing delays, manufacturing delays, waiting for new stock. Very annoying. It happens far to regularly so I have to let others know.

Lift slim and shape slim jeans. Ordered my normal size 14 which I have quite a few pairs of. Also ordered size 16. Couldn't even do any of them up. What is going on with the sizing.

Having worked extremely hard over last few month I saved for a brand new bed and mattress from Next. What a mistake, the mattress has a disgusting chemical smell that won't go away and the bed itself sounds like it going to fall apart when you move. I am trying and trying to resolve with next but 2 weeks now and emails take 4 days to respond and when you call your left on hold for hours, so can't as have work. Due to lack of sleep this has seriously affected my life, I thought buying quality from a good British brand would of been a breeze, how wrong I am. Avoid Next for furniture and expensive items, once they have your money your health and content is not a care to them.

We've spent over £10,000 in next in the last few years. I ordered a sofa in the sale. They delivered the WRONG COLOUR. Spent over an hour on hold to get through. Said they couldn't deliver the right colour as it was out of stock and was told TOUGH! Take it or leave it. We'll give you 10% off! Disgusting service. We'd ordered bar stools at over £300 to match, now they don't match and we can't return them. Had planned on ordering over £4000 worth of other furniture, but your blatant disregard for customers has meant we've now sourced these elsewhere. There is no way you could have re-sold the sofa if you'd have collected it for anywhere near the 10% discount so why bother insulting your customers. Your customer service manager cost you over £4000 for his arrogance! Will never order anything from next again.

Never would I have thought I would be leaving a 1 star review of NEXT. I used to love everything NEXT did. My home furnishings are testament to this (as is the contents my wardrobe). After a recent purchase of over 3k of furniture the love I once had for this company has gone. I have found them to be at the BEST incompetent and at worst liars. I would never reccommended anyone buy furniture from NEXT. The stuff they have on display in the showroom are often not what they send out from their factories. The staff have no idea when new ranges and models are released and have absolutely no say in what designs the factories build so it's pot luck what turns up on your doorstep. For example the sofa they delivered to me was built on the 25/1/2020 it is a completely different design than what was ordered. The model I ordered is still on sale on the internet and in the March magazine. The staff in the stores are still selling it they are not aware of any changes to the model. After several weeks of phone calls they now agree with me its not the same sofa. After speaking to the factory NEXT have been TOLD it's a new model!? NEXT have no say on this apparently it's normal? I do not understand how this is even possible? You can not run a business like this.

Beaumont Leys store Leicestershire is the worst store ever. I decided to return and to give them the benefit of the doubt but oh my god they are useless!!!! one occasion I stood waiting in the queue......... and waiting......... and waiting whilst the staff member was chatting and the return visit was knocked out of the way with a stock bin, how rude and ignorant, so needless to say twice is enough to visit and so ordered online and arranged for a couple of items to be collected by courier and you know what I'm going to say...........the courier never came and the return never got collected with no communication from Next at all and the online chat was too ridiculous for words if it wasn't such bad service it would be hilarious, as a first time customer can definitely say won't be a customer for a second time, cannot believe this is NEXT expected so much more. I deal with online orders often and all other retailers and companies I've shopped with are always spot on I know Next won't even care about this review but hopefully it will assist other shoppers in deciding to spend their hard earned cash elsewhere. .

Yesterday we had a delivery of two items. The items arrived on time but were 4cms too wide to fit through our front door. The delivery people advised me that they were unable to remove a door, which I volunteered to do. They then told me they were on a tight schedule and could arrange a different delivery day. I said we would sort it ourselves (which we did - see below). At this point one of the delivery people made a very personal comment about my hair and asked me to sign his device. Having taken the door off, my partner and I, somewhat dumbfounded by the inappropriate comment of the delivery person, got the items into our flat. We then discovered that the feet for the two items did not match the diagrams, half of the templates on the items were torn off and there were no predrilled holes as specified in the instructions. Presumably this is a job the delivery people would have done (given that they had an electric screwdriver) had they bothered to stay and do their job properly. We were going to order more from Next but given this experience we will shop elsewhere in future. The delivery people are called Jose and Darren.

Spent £2,000 on furniture from Next - have had no end of problems - just went to leave a review to learn their review policy has changed.... you can only leave a review if you are invited to do so after purchase.. And of course I didn’t get invited. No genuine reviews on Next anymore !

My first order with Next and its an absolute disaster. Unfortunately they use Evri to deliver their goods....big mistake terrible company. The Avri delivery driver posts a picture saying she can't deliver to the address. If she was standing outside the correct front door that are clearly numbered, then she would have got an answer. Item is now showing out of stock but still Next say don,t worry you will receive your parcel maybe in 48hrs. Terrible service from Next and Avri.....

Ordered Adidas white trainers in size 42, delivered was Skechers red trainers in 36. Alvin, to whom I spoke on the helpline, said it wasn’t possible to reorder. Is it possible Next was fully aware these items were not in stock but chose to send something in the wrong make, colour and size in order not to admit this?

I have shopped with Next in store and online for 15 years plus and can honestly say I have had the best customer service I have ever received, they are brilliant and help with every single thing, the staff are well trained and go above and beyond to always make my shopping experience inspiring. The quality of the merchandise are exceptional, however if for any reason I am disappointed or the items I buy do not meet my expectations, they resolve everything, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend shopping with Next and I have nothing but praise for the company, it's staff and it's lasting legacy. Thanks for 15 years of exceptional service and products. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Here's to another 15 years of shopping with Next.

I have made 6 separate orders now of multiple items only for none to show up. I have been told numerous times by next my orders have been packed ready to be shipped via phone, email and text when enquiring where they are. Only to then get emails, texts saying delayed and they don't show up and then cancelled. So I reorder something different for the same to happen again. I have ordered 57 items on multiple orders for none to show up. Do not order especially if it is for something you need soon. For it to happen once okay mistakes happen but 6 times on orders with multiple items?!?
