I bought goods £110 ,but confusion from next on delivery, no tracking number given on order acknowledgement ,am told delivery 29th today evri ,but no contact from evri ?? , can't track no order ref tracking given , disapointed with next, won't shop again ,it's easy next get organised ,get your delivery evri to contact customer , disapointed with next.

Very poor Next online description for shopping. Was trying to order a extra deep fitted sheet but just didn’t say the actual measurements even when trying to put in the basket. I rang next customer service and even the lady couldn’t find measurements. She told me to buy and if it doesn’t fit then keep recite and give back. Before clicking pay in the basket Wanted to check if right colour ect… but again unfortunately no description to double check. Next please see to whom is writing your online descriptions make sure everything is more clear.

Ordered 5 jumpers, 1 of which was Lacoste. When I opened it up, the Lacoste tags were there, but it was a next jumper. Once I sort out this return, if I shop in Next again, it will only be in-store.

This review is based on my own personal experience. Yesterday I had my MODE TV unit delivered to me. The delivery was pretty straightforward and on time. I love the fact that I could easily track the driver while on his way. I was a bit hesitant in purchasing this Item but was persuaded by the soundbar space which I've searching for a long time. When I open the box which was very neatly prepared and packed. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome after putting it together. The unit is for my living room but it looks like a toy in children's playground. It is not sturdy, the material is very cheap. The only design is the 3 doors that they used to sell this unit. I am not sure that I will came home and see the telly still standing because it doesn't feel secured. This unit belongs in a spare room or a child's bedroom but CERTAINLY NOT into the living room. In my opinion buying this unit is a totally waste of money. It doesn't worth the £350 and I would not recommend or advise anyone to make the same mistake into purchasing this expensive unit using poor material. I was willing to spend a fair amount of money in purchasing a unit for my new home but now I felt like am stuck with this overpriced item. There's nothing that can justify this cheap material for £350 when I could easily get something similar on Amazon for far less expensive. I am willing to pay more for a decent quality product but this a salutary lesson for me. I am extremely, extremely disappointed that I will be closing down my Next account because theres absolutely no way that I can spend my money on anymore of their items.

At first I buy this coat as the size of size chart ( 22) but I’ve always used 14/16, but… we supposedly to trust the size chart of the company. When arrived it was HUGE, not my number at all. I return an then brought another one 18, and in the same day I CANCELLED because I thought that 16 it would be better and then brought the 16 p. I received a confirmation of the cancellation of the 18, BUT, they sent me both coats at home. They “uncancelled” my cancelled. How???? Now I need yo return a coat. Not happy at all with this. About the coat, carefully with the size. Besides this, it’s pretty and warm.

Placed an order and accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the t-shirts, I immediately called to have the size switched and there was absolutely no willingness to do so. I was told I could return the shirt for a full refund, but what they don't share over the phone or through chat is they deduct $7. Very disappointed, affordable and cute all cotton clothing is hard to find, will not be shopping here anymore.

Poor, looked as if I had purchased it years ago.after1 week, £1500 , bad back ,stiff neck and shoulders and 2 visits to a chiro I gave in and sold it on. The only good thing I can say is their delivery men were spot on and delivered good service.

Bought a pair of next women's shorts, first time of wearing them the seam comes apart. I had to return to store for refund, no apology from the member of staff, asked if I could have them replaced, she told me I'd have to pay the £3.99 delivery for them to come into store, even though I had to use my fuel and pay for parking to return them to store! Once home I went to re order and they were unavailable (the girl in store assured me they were available to order). Sadly I think the quality of their clothes has declined and obviously there is no such thing as customer service.

Just bought a pair of Relaxed Skinny jeans. I have three pairs of the mid rise jeans but these no longer appear to be available, so I have a new pair of high rise. They are all size 12. Why are these new ones nearly 10cm smaller across the hips than the others? Far too small for me. Very disappointed as the fabric quality is as good as before.

This is the second time I have wanted to leave a review about an item that I have purchased from Next, but can not find how to write a review against an item?? I wanted to write a view about the Live Unlimited Curve Black Waterfall Cardigan. £69 and it is as thin as anything and the stitching around the neck is so prickly, it's a disgrace for the price!

Staff need to learn how to speak to customers. I was not helped with my collection , I am elderly and find it difficult during this pandemic. A member of staff on the shop floor came to my shoulder to get ref number I had to ask her to move away , your staff need training . I will not go in again .

Never enough staff on the tills, every store in Coventry can leave 4-6 people waiting to be served and only one staff member on the till plenty of staff wondering around doing nothing though!

Ordered and paid cash for 3items of living room furniture in January with a guarantee of delivery time within 8weeks. Received email before lockdown to say delivery would be delayed by 5weeks!When it eventually came one set of legs were wrong style and colour!! Made numerous phone calls where I took more than 1hour to get through.Was eventually offered a Giftcard to be spent in Next(one way of clawing their money back) After much emailing and phoning they eventually agreed to give us a refund!Very disappointed with the after sales service. Will definitely NOT be dealing with Next in the future.

Purchased this ‘high impact’ wire free sports bra. It’s felt very comfortable when first tried on and did support my bust when running HOWEVER. When I took it off after my run, my skin was broken where the seams had been sat between the cup section and the mesh layer. I’ve been running for 20 years and have never had a sports bra do that. Very poor design.

The delivery process was excellent - especially given the Covid-19 challenges. However, the Malvern chest of drawers was missing a part and the phone number to Next isn't working - so you have to fill an online form in to report the issue - that has a promised turn around time of 7 days so presumably I'm going to wait at least 2 weeks to receive the missing part. The end product (which was far more expensive than a similar Ikea product) is not as good quality as Ikea, and was more complicated to put together. Overall - very disappointed.

Ordered makeup, paid postage. On arrival item was smashed. Cost £2 to return even though damaged. E mailed to complain still waiting for reply.

1st attempt at delivery aborted as large lorry couldn't park on high street. 2nd delivery a week later was missing the mattress and they didn't build the 4 large items I had paid to be built. They were only delivery men but I had paid for build as well. I work for NEXT. This is not an experience I would wish on anyone. This was my new home and for 2 weeks I have sat and slept on the floor.
