“Donna and several other ladies at the Merry Hill store were absolutely brilliant when they 'lost' a parcel for me on Saturday!! Things do go missing, that's life, but they couldn't be more helpful. I had a phone call the following day to say they had found it. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Wish they could find all my odd socks🤭 So thanks ladies, really appreciate your help. Great staff all round.”

“I went into store Saturday 11 July we purchased a cuddle chair chose the material told it would take 4/6weeks Delivery on the way home received email saying would be delivered wed 15th July and it arrived in the time slot gorgeous chair and was delivered by two polite friendly guys they had masks on gloves and kept the 2m distance so have no complaints especially during these difficult times .”

“Have been purchasing clothes from Next for the past three years and love their range of both women's and men's clothing. I also love that they have a wonderful range of wide fitting shoes. Service is outstanding, I actually receive my parcels quicker from them in the UK, than from many stores in Australia!”
