“I made an on-line click and collect purchase from Next in Church Street Liverpool a straight forward and easy process! I collected my order a Gorgeous faux Sheepskin aviator jacket to-day Sunday 15th September 2019. I was advised by the very friendly/helpful assistant (with whom I returned an unwanted item to without any fuss), that I would have to go to the next floor to collect my parcel. I told her that I was concerned because I can't use descending escalators so she very precisely directed me to the lifts and reassured me that everything would be ok. When I arrived at the next floor the lady on the Customer Services desk was also very friendly and helpful. Your staff and your clothes etc. are a credit to your store, the staff deserve to be recognised for their Excellent Customer Service!! Many thanks.”

“Ordered an iron on Sunday for collection in store at 120 Oxford Street On Monday at 12pm said it had arrived in store. At 1737 another email said it was collected! Called customer service and very vague. Not good service”

“My husband and myself needed some living room furniture after visiting more than 6 major stores we looked at the range in the next store, at the metro centre Gateshead, we got some very helpful advice from Sue , this made us feel confident in our selection and we called at the Silverlink store the next day to place our order, once again we found the member to be staff very professional the lady was called Lou, recommend both stores.”

“Great Experience at westfield shopping centre shepherds bush. Bahja's salemanship was excellent! Very knowledgable, courteous and friendly.
