“Lovely friendly staff, very helpful as I had my hands full with two young children whilst looking for a Mothers Day gift. Very nice range of homeward & accessories. I will be heading back shortly after spotting a very nice dining set!”

“Generally really good for clothes and home. Sometimes I think they should concentrate on less clothes but better more relevant styles. Some of it is so generic it’s hard to know what audience they are targetting.”

“They have such a variety of goods online and I send for them to be delivered to my local store which is on my way to work every weekday. They have no problem sending them back. Good sale prices.”

“Products arrive quickly and are as described. Clothes are particularly good as there is no variation in size with Next items so you know they will fit. If a problem crops up the Customer Services team are excellent.”

“Great quality items every time and easy to find what I need. Staff are always very helpful and courteous in store and website is easy to use. Free delivery to store makes shopping the sales stress free. My only criticism is that too often items in the clearance section of the website are sold out when I go to add them to my basket.”

“The way they had made me happy was by telling me when the parcel would arrive and the exact time and the vehicle they use makes it very easy to recognize that if it was a delivery or not.”
