“I love shopping at Next! I've been a customer with them for about six and half years now. Over that time, they have greatly improved their in-store and online shopping and consistently given excellent customer service. Their available products are always changing and improving quality, so there is always something new to look at when shopping with them. I ordered a lovely Malvern Corner TV Unit to replace one that I bought from Argos three years ago. It was damaged while I was cleaning the house, it then fell apart! They no longer had that exact product, but I liked this one just as much. It is well made and so pleasing, I use it to put my new 50inc T.V”

“The staff in Costessey Store in Norwich were helpful, knowledgeable and their store was a pleasure to shop in. Excellent experience topped off by having a Costa Coffee located in the store!”
