Its Pathetic. you never get your orders in time. I was suppose to get my order delivered on Thursday, 11th June & till Sunday, 14th June i didn't heard anything. Eventually i was the to call and an Customer service associate advised me that to cancel the previous order to place a new one as the item was not available with their distributor which i did and it was to be delivered by Monday, 15th June & again it's 16th June & no deliveries yet so far. It's Annoying.

Very bad customer service ! I ordered 2 items 10 days ago then i recieved a msg that the delivery will be delayed ! When i contacted noon they told me that they will solve the issue ! They did but for one item only , but the another one is still not shipped ! I want both items to be delivered together at the same day and time! I am afraid that for each of them i have to pay extra 10 dhs for each shipping !

Yesterday night itself some other agent called and told today they will deliver. Today I recieved a call and customer care told that they don't have that items in stock and apologized and they told that they are cancelling the order and will give double 10%,discount...Dont trust noon. Com and their sellers. Till now I don't recievd any calls from them regarding my delivery... Very poor service and worst shopping I have ever made.. They are misguiding the customer with wrong offers and unverified sellers.. Please don't buy any items from souq.. Think thrice before you order any items.. Very poor..

Very bad experience. 1st and last time when I order from noon. I am now 10 days since I have placed the order and it has not been shipped yet; customer service is useless as the only thing they are doing is to apologize but not being able to solve the issue. As you also see in their replies, all they do is to apologize and that's it ... Do yourself a favor and do not buy from there (read the comments and you will very bad experiences)

Bad experience I buy a phone as a gift and chose the option fulfilled by noon to get a fast delivery I checked the status of the package using noon app and it sayid shipped and waiting for it but I didn’t get it in the end of the day when i talk to the customer care they said sorry but we didn’t ship the package!!

First order from noon couple of things called for a mirror gift not working something else I recieved after a long wait got it as xxl this is a very poor experience I have had with online services the customer support also was not help full no follow ups done to ask what went wrong don't know what's the status of my refund really dissatisfied

I ordered 2 items one week ago , it is supposed to be delivered on tuesday but today i received a msg from noon that my order has been delayed till unknown date !! I am travelling soon and i want my items to be delivered before i travel ! I emailed noon but no one responded

Completely terrible service. They charged my money than I was waiting for 2 weeks to find out that the product is not available even though it was marked as available. The customer service is completely incompetent, they are promising me answers for days. I am fighting hard to get my money back. Please never purchase from them.

Noon, My name is Sanal K S, and I have purchased a redmi mi A6 mobile phone having a specification of 3gb ram and dual camera on 27/06/2019. The product was supposed to deliver in two days and it has took five days to reach me. But when I opened, I found it as a different model with 2gb ram and single camera. I have booked the return immediately and a customer agent has booked one day return from my address. But it took 7 days to reach me and I were calling every day. After pick up, the refund were supposed to come in 2 days and it took three days to reach me, but in wallet. I have asked for money and I have been informed that it will take up to thirty days!!. Then I have contacted Mis Ola, Mr Husam, Mr Abdullah, and Mr Abdullah added the phone I want to my cart and after checking the specifications as 3gb ram and dual camera at back, he has order the phone on behalf of me, with the wallet cash. But when that phone reached, again it's 2gb and single camera!! What the hell, I have talked to almost 8 people of yours and still the same mistake happens again. What you guys are doing?? I am so fed up with this that am not able to use my money and phone for the purpose that I were trying to purchase. Again how much days they will take for the pick up and delivery, and what assurance that these irresponsible company will deliver the wrong product for the third time also!! I have a consultation with a lawyer known to me and I decided to file a consumer complaint in the ministry. You people are so irresponsible and making fraudulent deals and fooling people. I wonder how such a big company can make the same mistake twice, even though several repeated request on the same issue. Please reach me with a solution or I will go up to any extend in order to prevent such irresponsible company from fooling people in such a great nation like UAE Sanal K S ±971566084563 Have a look at my noon document

it's one of the worse shopping online website they have no commitment or a trust . it's not repayable.even customer support team is not much different of the oration team on the floor they are too tine to handle the operation size they do . amazon.ae is more trust worth and committed even customer support are fantastic item handling and timing .

Pathetic service !!! I place and order twice and both times they delivered wrong sunglasses !!! This is ridiculous how can they do this !! How can i trust them now i have just requested twice same item and they delivered to me incorrect!!!! Order number NAEB60084872908-S3 Order number NAEB70017611767-S1 If noon is reading this then deiver me the right item. I called the call centre and they were like you request for return thats it !!!!!!

Very unreliable with delivery. Always 1 to 2 days delayed than what you see when you order. Terrible. Still haven't received my shipment and I've been lied to a lot!

For lack of a stronger word to describe their service, it SUCKS!!! Order ID NAEB70077070174 I ordered for an iphone which is committed to be delivered next day. No one called at all. I had been calling their customer service to follow up only to get an sms at 8pm that they are cancelling the delivery as per request. Despite so many calls they cannot confirm or get in touch with courier to give proper status of delivery. This company should not be doing business only to give negative experience, cause ire and unnecessary stress and inconvenience. PATHETIC!!!

Horrible service. I was told that I can expect the delivery today before 5pm so I gave my work address. By 5:45pm, I am still in the office waiting for the delivery. I called the customer service and I was told that they will deliver the package today before 10pm, so they took my home address and updated it in the system. 9: 33pm I called customer service again to follow-up, had to call twice before I was able to speak to an agent because agents hung up on me. Finally and I was told that it will be delivered the next day. Nobody has the courtesy to inform that the delivery will be rescheduled. I don’t mind waiting for a day or two, but please be mindful of your customer’s time. Do we really have to call the customer service everytime we place an order at your website? Is this how it works for Noon?

Order no NAEB70048525216. I would not even rate it as one. Bad service. Ordered for iphone Does it really takes more than a week to deliver one item? How many times i have called and raised a complaint . All i got the answer was we will try. If you cant get it delivered on time why do you even mention the date ? Really horrible service . Customer care are not really helpful at all.
