Horrible service they give wrong items, once you call them to complain even the supervisors on call centre make sure that they never admit their mistakes. You should be ready to wait 2 to 3 weeks for your order and if want to return wait for them for weeks to show up and refund back the amount. Horrendous service, products and specially the call centre. The people working there won't give you any proper solution expect the word sorry.. Even awok is easy better then them let alone Amazon.

It is the worst online platform you may encounter ever. I purchased 12 items and paid successfully. They delivered only 10 items then sent me an Email canceling the remaining two items, with an excuse that the items are out of stock, noting that when purchasing, the items were shown ex-stock and in large quantity. Additionally, instead of refunding the remaining money to my credit card, they deposited in my account for later usage, and I can't withdraw it unless I buy again. A complete horrible experience. I will never retry again and I don't recommend to anyone to try it.

Very bad online ordering platform. I ordered last 2 weeks until now I haven’t received it. I called them many times already and they said they will make report, but still until now no update. I will not recommend noon.com. Very bad experience.

I want my money back. Ordered on june 8. I did not receive my order that was split into 3 orders although I bought from the same seller. Where are my 3 shipments God knows only.

I had a very bad experience with Noon towards the orders which I have placed for Cat food. My order has got canceled twice due to non-availability of product and refund amount which has received is less in noon credit. They dont even bother to inform that the order got canceled until i call for my order status.

Worst online shopping. Its been 11 days I place an order on Noon until now I didnt received my item and its already paid. Customer service cannot help just keep telling wait for 24 hours for an update, the delivery driver will call. Driver liar just yesterday he told me today will deliver my item but when I called he said my item not with. Worst I will never ever order to noon again.

Worst service. Its been 11 days since I order but until now I didnt received my item. I keep on calling customer service, but he was answering me will give you an update within 24 hours. Even delivery driver keep telling tom will deliver but when days comes he will tell item not with him. I want to cancel but customer keep telling wait for 24 hours. They are all liar, i will never order to noon ever again. I order in to noon bec its written there they will deliver next day but its been 11 days. Worst...

very very very very horrible service.I ordered 2 times the same item first time they they send different size and when i reordered they told the offer is over i cannot get it.Second time they cancelled my item when the item was supposed to be delivered.Very bad service for customers.All remaining items were damaged which i received.Tired of returning and communicating with these peoples.

There is no coordination between the teams. I requested for a return service, and even after returning the item there was a delivery staff coming to my house everyday. Call center staff is also not helpful, they promise to call back in 24-48 hours and it never happens. Never using Noon ever again!

I ordered on 29 May. Now 10 June, but nothing has been delivered yet. I keep on receiving emails claiming that goods are shipped, but nothing arrives. When I call customer service (who are actually pretty good), they tell me to wait 48 hours for an update. I've tried to cancel the order, but to no avail. My advice - don't pay upfront.

WORST place to order from, literally by far the worst online purchasing experience in my life. The order was never delivered, not even confirmed ! I had to reach customer service several times and all I got was 'the concerned team are working on it' for days ! After wasting a lot of time on trying to reachthem and get an update on what is happening, they cancelled the order, but my money is still blocked with them and again 'the concerned team' are working on it and it should take 14-30 days ! This was a gift and it was all ruined and now 4000 AED are blocked with them until God knows when. If you care about your time and money DO NOT order from them !!!!!

In the past, I purchased 6 different goods. only two of them were good but one was broken, two were not working and the last one was a different design. am not happy.
