The prices at noon is ridiculously over price and then they will pretend its on sale where in fact the discounted price is the normal price in the market. I have for example compared an ariel power gel 2 liters at noon selling around 43 when i check actual price at lulu its 35 aed. Noon then says they have 19 percent discount so the product now cost 35 aed instead of 43! Hahaha calling consumer rights protection pls have a look!

Items bought from Noon.. Return filed within 48hours. However not collected even after 15days. Now when I call, they say I'm late as its crossed 15days. So I'm stuck with items That I dont require. Called them 5 times. With the claims supervisor will call.. No return calls, so I call back only to hear they are busy...as a consumer I filed a return only soon after I received.. So I am not going to pay for a noon agent who has not done his or her job right..

This is an intentional and professionally designed slam. Noon.com is not making money out of selling products online, it is making money out of taking our money, keeping it with them for a few weeks and the returning it back without interest after it was invested in God knows what. Most of the items are suspiciously cheaper than market price and promised to be delivered faster than anywhere else. Guess what? You put the order, your money is taken in full in advance, and then the magic happens. Days or maybe weeks later they tell you there may be a delay, until you push to understand which is when they’ll tell you the item is no longer available and they’re trying to find a different supplier which will never happen. Eventually your order will be cancelled. And you’ll fight your way to get your money back after weeks and weeks. The funny thing is while they’re telling me on my order that it’s out of stock, I logged in using a different name to find them doing an offer on this same item (that’s supposed to be out of stock) promising even faster deliver than what was promised to me. Why? To lure in more “investors” that would send it their money and take it back in a month with no interest. Add to all of that, that it’s done in the most amateur way using the worst support people and systems so even when you’re being conned, the experience itself is frustrating. The worst ever. Do not go.

Unfortunately under expectation.. not satisfied : - Order damaged dirty - Continued delayed delivery date (Not respecting the expecting delivery date) - Cancel orders without explaining the reason to customer. Will never shop again here, and not recommend Noon to anyone..

My shipment is nit delivered. Is not yet delivered even though I got messages that I will receive it today for 3 days. No person has contacted me. Only 1 day a person called and asked for the address but never came. I even called on the numbers given in messages of delivery guys but no one responded. You guys have the worst service ever and I will never ever order from you again. I called the help center and lady there said you will receive it tomorrow but tomorrow never came!! Worst online shopping experience ever.

First order the item sent was not the same as in the picture and description. The second item was canceled due to out of stock. 5 days after i placed the order. Second order, the box of the item was opened before. And the plastic cover from inside is torn already. This was probably a returned item and the seller sent it again. Hence its not a sealed box anymore. They don't have customer reviews directly from every items posted. So every order is a hit or miss.

I order the material 13 days back. But i didnt receive my material yet. Delivery guy gone somewhere for delivery but not reach to me. After some days my order was cancelled by noon without my knowledge.

I had ordered one product from noon, when I order noon said I will get it after 1 days for delivery, now they send an email saying our delivery has been delayed. Actually this is my first time I order something from this app and it was such a bad experience I had bought a products online and i received it on time and quality. You have to deal professionally with your customers. I should have read the reviews first before I order something from this app

I wish I went through these reviews earlier. Anyways, almost a month into the warranty claim of a phone and not even a single phone call or message from them to update on the delivery. After calling them and messaging and mailing them a zillion times, all they had to say- “we’ll update the concerned dept” 🙄 Finally had to rope in DED and still waiting for them to return the stuff. The first call I got was after complaining to consumer forum. I wonder how they plan to curb their poor after sales services?? Order # NAEB60031293691

By going through the reviews, I feel like I am lucky that I have received something where there is some change in the specification only. I should have gone through the reviews earlier. I have contacted customer care through phone, took almost 15 minutes to explain the complaint and gave the WhatsApp number where the reply is to return the product and order again. Then why should we go for 'noon' if it is just to return the order? They don't even think of the replacement of the product or feel it is a mistake from their side. Don't have any regrets about the loss of other's time. My order NAEB70016188868

We had ordered one product from noon, when we order noon said 5 days for dslivery, now they send message your delivery has been delayed. If the product is unavailable they should mention out of stock while ordering time. This is the first i had bad experience in online store. I were ordered from souq, amazon, lulu webstore. They all delivered on sharp time and quality.

DONT EVER ORDER WITH NOON THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.... Worst experience ever . They send a faulty AirPod to me and are not ready to replace it !!!! Simply calling and annoying the customers with zero progress with the complaint . Highly disappointed!!!!!

very bad experience with Noon , as this is my third order with them which is getting delayed again and again for the third time..at the end they will send an email telling out of stock.. SOUQ was the best and Noon is the worst.

I have ordered the first time from noon, the order came wrong. I did request for return and I I got the money back in my noon account. I made another order and again it came wrong the reason is that the description mentioned in the website doesn't match the received items. I don't think I will use noon again.

noon.com is by far the worst online ecommerce ive used... I ordered for an item twice and they called me that the item in unavailable. They did not even give the option for a refund... only Noon Credits!! I ordered for a SOCKS and it did not came on time as expected and mentioned on their delivery schedule.. again they gave NOON Credits... not a REFUND... I ordered for an Apple Pencil through a colleague's account (hoping that is some "superstitious" way... my fate would change) instead i got a generic stylus pen!! That's takes the home run for me... Due to these series of unfortunate events i therefore conclude that only a "pea-brain" would use or even consider ordering from this website... Harsh.. i know... but how i was dealt with, i believe is much worst...

Not at all happy with the service I've received. I ordered a laptop as a gift and was given a date of delivery. After the delivery date passed; they said the Supplier said its our of stock and they've contacted another vendor who will supply it and its in packaging. On calling today, now they're saying that the second supplier backed out and they have no solution and they need time. While the same laptop has been put up for a price which is 20% higher than the currently quoted price and they're still not bothering to deliver. NEVER buy from Noon again! Order ID: NAEB70042489820
